Probably the worst dry cleaner around Marylebone. Got a suede leather jacket dry cleaned with them, they completely ruined by taking out all the colour and moisture out of the suede, 750£ just gone. Genuinely baffled by how you can such a bad service in Marylebone. I’d recommend going to the other one across the road called “London laundry & dry cleaning” on melcombe road. Had multiple suede jackets dry cleaned with them and they did a perfect job. Decided to save a couple of £ and go here, lesson learned. By reading the trust pilot reviews I am not the first victim, business is clearly unprofessional and should not be operating.

Excellent service with a SMILE, no job to small.

Nice people in Belsize Park but items not ready on time, ~1-2 days delayed, so plan for a few visits each time to see if your things are ready! When complained, not a great employee response, saying "these things happen, it is what it is, it's no big deal." Not great customer service!

Terrible company-made my bag even dirtier than it was originally. Took 6 weeks to get it back. Constant excuses and dishonesty. I have pictures. I will be contacting trading standards and the tsa. DO NOT TOUCH WITH A BARGE POLE

Not only did they do a fantastic job on my repairs and my dry cleaning bringing one of my designer coats completely back to life they gave a really professional, very friendly service. Compared to other dry cleaners I've used in the area this dry cleaners is the best! Very fairly priced super service thank you!

Absolutely fantastic service at Master Clean Dry Cleaners! The staff is incredibly friendly and professional, and they always go above and beyond to ensure my clothes are cleaned to perfection. Whether it’s my everyday laundry or more delicate garments, everything comes back looking brand new. The turnaround time is quick, and I love the attention to detail—they even take care of those tricky stains that other places couldn’t handle. This is by far the best dry cleaning and laundry shop I’ve ever used. Highly recommend

One star isn’t even what I would give this place. I had a terrible experience with this dry cleaner. They completely ruined my suede bag. The staff was unapologetic and offered no solution to fix their mistake. They also made me pay for the bag otherwise they refused to give it back, they offered no compensation and was very unprofessional. The manager there is a joke. I would not recommend their services to anyone.

AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!! If you're considering using Master Clean Dry Clean, I urge you to reconsider. My experience with Furqan, the manager, was nothing short of unprofessional and dishonest. I entrusted them with my suede bag, and it was completely ruined—transformed into something that resembled leather, far from its original condition. Furqan not only refused to take accountability for this disaster but also demanded that I pay for the damage before he would return the bag. He led me to believe he would contact me the next day with a solution after showing the bag to a colleague, but instead, he held onto my bag until I paid up.

To make matters worse, it’s clear that many of the glowing 5-star reviews for this business are fake, likely left by close family and friends with no real customer experience. There’s no consistency in these reviews, which is a red flag. Do yourself a favour and stay far away from this company. The risk simply isn't worth it.

Was a regular customer to them at my local branch until I found they are irresponsible liars and their service is poor. They pretended friendly in your face to trick you into believing they could mend the hole in your clothes you can barely be aware there was a hole there, but when u asked for even just a photo as an example they said they don’t have anything could show u. And when u get the result and find the hole is still visible they will gaslight you that “It is your problem, I don't think the mending is visible”. And when they can't clean your coat they will just say I am not a magician, but as not a professional cleaner I cleaned the stains myself at home. And when I found my clothes were damaged by them, I tried to contact their head office to report the case but they didn't even bother to respond. In the meanwhile I also found the staff works at this branch pretended to be a customer to make fake compliments of their service. See the photo I found on their website. This is not one single person’s behaviour, they are just shameless people. They ignored my complaint until I reported my experience here, but lying and blaming me for contacting them late. I will be taking legal proceedings about it and not using their service anymore. I would also recommend everyone do not use their service.

I've been using Master Dry Cleaners for my dry cleaning needs in London, and I'm always impressed with their impeccable service. The staff is friendly, and they pay attention to every detail. My clothes come back looking brand new, and the prices are reasonable. Highly recommended!

I wear all designer clothes and I have used many dry cleaners, but master dry cleaner are the most trusted people for dry cleaning designer coats, jackets, dresses and shoes.
I highly recommend them.

They are the best tailoring and alteration service near me. I live in st john's wood and couldn't find any better dry cleaning and laundry services than master dry cleaners.

Master Dry Cleaners have ruined 18 items of clothing and failed to do anything to resolve the issue. White items came back a strong yellow colour and shirts had the fusing burnt and fabric damaged. The owner and manger arranged to meet with me to discuss and then both failed for arrive for the meeting. The owner is aggressive and conformational on the phone and I can confirm the poor behaviour other clients have mentioned. Please do not use this service if you value your clothing. The customer service is non existent and they are clearly damaging lots of peoples belongings.

be very careful about using these dry cleaners.
First they started with delivering the wrong items to me (from someone else) and delivered my laundry to another client.
2) they ruined 2 pants which came back so short i cannot wear them, as well as one top.

They admitted the items were ruined but claimed it was because the label was wrong!! instead of proposing to compensate me like any normal company that has made a mistake, they said i should fight the brand!

These guys are a scam - do not use

If you have a customer service issue at this establishment, it is extremely unpleasant to deal with. One of the men in particular is extremely argumentative and condescending. He consistently interrupts, raises his voice, insists on making his point and lectures you about the issues that you have raised as a customer. As a young woman, I find there is enough patronising behaviour from men in my professional life -- I do not need to pay for someone to further patronise me when providing a service. I have had this issue come up twice. This past instance had to do with some shoes I had resoled. I took them home and didn't wear the shoes for a several weeks, and when I took them out, I discovered the sole was in fact separated from the shoe and I took them back to be adjusted. I have used this dry cleaner from about a year, so I am a known customer. The man I spoke to wanted to charge me for fixing the sole to the shoe (when I already paid to have them resoled) - which was effectively charging me again for a job that was not done/done poorly. I didn't care about the payment, but the sexist overtones and machismo expressed in the discussion were so reprehensible that I chose to take my business elsewhere down the road. Don't support this establishment, this behaviour is not acceptable.
