This company is TERRIBLE!!

This company is TERRIBLE!!! I purchased two shirts and it took more than a month to receive them and they were very low quality and the sleeves were a good 6 inches too short even though I only have a 34 inch sleeve (which is very normal for a 2x shirt). to get my refund they said I had to send the shirts back to China and sent me an address but demanded I send at a level to get an international tracking number. At the post office they said the package would be $70.15 to get back the $88.20 I spent on the shirts. I then took them to UPS and it get an international tracking number it would cost $315.28!!!! BUYER BEWARE!

Quality Product

Got a few Fridge Door Magnets done from DIY Hub. It was nice to see the transparency from DIY Hub, with regard to pricing, giving the client the benefit of knowing, how the final product will look like, and the processing time. I am actually happy with the final outcome, and the quality
is excellent.
I just wish, if the company can strive to give us products at a lesser price. Being a start up, I realise there are teething problems and I am sure the company will overcome those and offer us quality products at a cheaper price. I am sure it will encourage us to place more orders for the unique products 😊😊

The creator's innovative mindset

The best thing about DIY HUB is that your ideas are taken very seriously and it will be customised as you wish "exactly" ! I applaude the patience with which all of ideas / suggestions of mine are taken care of. Also, the innovative mindset and a can do approach from DIY hub's creator is something that I found very helpful as a customer.

As for the products, I am willing to buy again in future. There is room for improvement in some and I believe the creator won't disappoint my beliefs.

Happy customer at the end of day.
