My order - although the item was not an expensive one - was shipped very quickly. Original product was received, at a fantastic price, with warranty. I highly recommend Masori for car audio enthusiasts.

Delivery taked only few days from Germany to Czechia, package well packed. Before this order I made a few, very good communication with shop

Terrible customer service and zero support when issues arise. They proudly advertise a 3-year warranty, but it’s nothing more than false marketing – they refuse to cover basic warranty obligations and push all costs onto the customer. Communication is slow, unhelpful, and completely unprofessional. Avoid this store at all costs.

Slow communication. Their robot named ''Max'' is your main contact. Does not think and/or implement already placed orders and spits out nonsense E-mails in parallell with a real person. AI in process...
Took ages to get something shipped that was ''in stock'' and I wanted to cancel the order, promptly the shipment was electronically announced at DHL without replying to my question to cancel the order. Coincidence? We'll see.

Stay away from these cowboys!

Update: eventually the product arrived, no further issues. But I’ll still never place an order here!

I placed my order to Saudi Arabia and received it within 9 days.

I ordered a Hertz amp on the 12th of August and received an order confirmation then I didn’t here nothing for a few days so I contacted them through there email address asking for an update on my order but no response so I opened a case on PayPal then they responded saying they don’t have it in stock and they would have to order it so I asked for a refund as it’s was going to take to long they ignored my request and kept telling me they have ordered it. today the 20th August they told me it’s going to arrive with them in 3 days which I replied I asked you to cancel my order which they ignored again then again today the 20th August they decided to add a tracking number to the PayPal case. The customer service is atrocious. I would avoid this company they don’t listen to your request. How can they treat there customers like this.
