I am an exisiting customer of Mashreq noon credit card through the application i have an applied for another card since there was promotional messages were coming i applied for a chargeable card of 650 dhs per year for my surprise while this got activated the credit limit is actually as per your original card that means there are no additional credit limit...you will have the same limit as original which was never mentioned while applying...i have requested them to cancel it but no reply now they put late fee also...and when this raised to customer service ...they simply say its as per policy..

Very bad response, my case closes even before resolutions I open new one closes again with out solution why? When I went to Bujuman branch they did even lessen to me just told take photo of that email then go, I cant can to your branch if at all in fix any thing my self I need response from the customer service management plzzz

Worst credit card support, they have promised in their website if we spend 5000 aed in Mashreq NEO card with in 2 months of card issuance, they said we will get 500 welcome bonus in 3rd month statement, but I didn’t receive any, Tried calling them, unable to reach customer care, no direct way to connect, Support is worst, simply they will waste the time with Voice bot, Worst Card in UAE, I don’t recommend.

his bank’s Neo Card is a scam! I’ve been charged for a subscription I don’t have for months and despite my numerous attempts to sort this the bank provided zero support. When I visited the branch, Mohammed Abdu the assistant I met made zero effort to support and he asked me to call the customer service again. if I could’ve sorted it there I wouldn’t have come to the bank in the first place.
Customer Service agent Roushen Kumar was even worse. He was rude and unhelpful.
Very disappointing and none from the bank had come back to me on my dispute complaint.
Terrible Service!

i visited today media city branch to collect a bank statement for 10 month, i got it within 5 minutes to Mrs.Eman Saleh Al Jaber who assisted me.

I have a credit card on this but they charged me a lot. The collection department says pay pay this amount and dont worry we will help you from 12k now my account is 25k. I am trying to pay monthly 1000 from feb 2025 as per them it will deduct.
This amount half of it is penalty and interest only
I am not running on this account but insted of helping people you bring us more down.
