The tanks are obviously made for the Asian market and 12 D is classed as large but still bears no correlation to bust size. In Australia a 12D correlated to a 34 inch bust.

However, when I contacted Mary’s Tanks to find out how to return them, they were lovely and I was offered replacements for only the cost of postage, which is very fair. However, the difficulty of sizing is still a bit of pot luck!

I had a problem with sizing and received an amazingly prompt response.

BUYER BEWARE
I ordered a 3 paid + 2 ‘free’ set.
The material is flimsy. The finish on seams is terrible or non existent. The promise of all-over support through the design is non existent. On one tank, a shoulder seam was sewn on the outside instead of internally. The fit was dreadful, which meant the ghastly mono boob occurred.
CUSTOMER CONTACT/ TERRIBLE
I wrote once asking for a full refund and to return the goods - strategy #1: ignored.
I got a response on the 2nd try with the offer (out of ‘fairness and compromise’) to give me a 50% refund, in the spirit of wanting me to feel heard and satisfied with the outcome of the resolution process(!) .
I’ve now written a 3rd email refuting their claim
that we should share the cost of manufacture on their product (out of fairness) (sic), and insisting I want a full refund.
I’ve now been offered a 70% refund which they consider demonstrates their dedication to finding a fair outcome (sic) and their commitment to ensuring customers are satisfied (sic) . Unbelievable!
I’ve said no and repeated my demand to get a full refund.

EDIT 2: Within moments of my last NO to the company's refusal to refund my money, they paid the full amount into my account.

Mary Tanks actually work! They are so comfortable it's as if you're not wearing a bra, but they still give you shape. I would definitely recommend them. Also, they take away the worry of your bra riding up, which is a common problem.

Customer support was excellent when I asked for a change as the order went through with a default of S for the free and I am XL. Sorted before shipping. Thank you

Absurd sizing advice - truly insane. I am size Small with a Medium bust, or UK10 / 12C bust. Their charts says no, 12C is LARGE...but it also says 12C is a 76cm bust, which is actually XXS or children's size…but anyway, don't buy that, it says, buy one bigger than our chart says(?!?) - get an XL, even though that shows measurements for an XS. Enquiring about these errors, their customer service responded that their chart is doubly wrong, I am actually an XXL fit … then in their next email they changed this up AGAIN and told me to buy an XXXL. So the company themselves advise FOUR different sizes for me, a petite-average person, finishing up with XXXL which usually fits an exceptionally large, UK22-24 person. I am not convinced this is a genuine company, as this comes off as beyond incompetent, like a weird joke. (At best, their 'customer service' is very badly programmed AI.)

The customer service representative who answered my enquiry about my recent order was very courteous, efficient and quick in helping me find a solution to my sizing issue. I cannot fault his service and recommend reaching out to the team if you ever have an issue to discuss.

Absolutely false advertising. I bought on the basis of it being “Australian” however that turned out to be purportedly Australian “designed”, Chinese warehouse delivered and then US company sent the 50% refund for me to keep the rubbish product (it feels like hush money). Several emails back & forth upping their partial refund offers. I regret accepting their bullying 50% offer. Garments are way undersized even though I sized up for order and this is clearly a theme thru other sad reviews. I’m tipping there is a “designer” in every country advertised. Smooth operators reply to communication as a part of their business practice of selling a product that does not reflect their ads. DO NOT BE FOOLED. I wish I had read reviews first. In the end they are clearly making money out of delivering garbage even if they provide partial refunds.

Don’t under any circumstances purchase products from this company ( Mary Tanks) as when you are an unhappy customer it’s not well received. Trying to reason with them via email with no response only genetic emails is very frustrating. Continually going around and around in circles without resulting any issues you might have. I’ve complained however just continually receiving emailed asking for reviews. Kerrie
