Over the last decade or so I have used Martin & Pole to sell two properties, one of which was a complicated sale, and throughout both, Joe and his colleagues offered excellent service and communication of updates throughout the process and went above and beyond to make the process as stress-free as possible. I would highly recommend them. Martin & Pole also happened to be the agents on my first property purchase too, and again, I cannot fault the service provided to me as a buyer.

Can’t praise Martin & Pole enough - professional, courteous, grounded and prepared to the heavy lifting for you, this firm earns its (very reasonable) fee and delivers results. Joe Gregory and his colleagues know the area and can help weed out the chaff from the wheat. Highly recommend.

Joe Gregory and his colleagues at Martin and Pole did a first class job, firstly managing our rental property for us for three years, and then selling it quickly when we decided to dispose of it Joe and his team were very professional and couldn't have been easier to deal with. I would hesitate to use them again.

I was disappointed with the service at Martin and Pole. I was made to feel like a naughty school child for missing calls during the week when I was at work, and was scoffed at for asking for a property viewing the day after the call. I immediately followed the conversation by getting in touch with Dexters, who were so lovely and understanding and organised two property viewings for me the day after with no problems at all. I’d suggest looking elsewhere if you get the opportunity to!

I want to say thank you for Joe & Katherine’s works and help on my purchase of a property recently. Although I am a first-time home buyer and lack experience, they explained the details of the process clearly. They also did a well presented advertisement in Rightmove to highlight the characters of the property. The purchase is now successfully completed. We want to express our appreciation with their work on managing the whole transaction professionally. The process won’t go so smoothly without their efforts.

Great service, communication and professionalism. Taken us a while to move the sale through Covid but Joe kept us informed throughout, has made the whole experience a lot easier.

Joe and the team are knowledgeable and experienced and offer sound advice in what was a tough market when we sold in early 2019. Joe managed to convince our buyer that although our house was not meeting their exact spec it could do and was in a good location to make any extra investment worthwhile. Joe's weekly updates during the sale are delivered in a calm and honest manner giving us the confidence that the sale would reach a positive conclusion.
