Having been with Brokers Incorporated Ltd since its original incorporation I will without doubt continue to place all my insurance requirements through their office.
I almost exclusively deal with Emma Owen these days and can only recommend this lady 100%.
She always does exactly as she promises, is superbly professional, and always ensures that her client's needs are served first. She at all times inspires confidence in any dealings with the relevant insurance companies on behalf of her clients, and certainly makes one feel valued as her client.
Perfect insurance broker who works hard for her customer in every respect.
And she loves dogs!!

Top service, helpful from start to finish, would highly recommend.

As an underwriter at Midas and Geo i've had dealings with Emma regarding referrals made by her. I can say that her e-mails are always clear and concise in what is required which avoids any unnecessary delay in resolving the matter to the client's satisfation. A pleasure to deal with !!

Having run fleets for various companies over the last 20 years, either self insuring a fleet of over 400 vehicles, to fleets of between 10 and 50 vehicles, I have encountered many brokers that have claimed they can get a better price for me, and provide a better service.

Until now, all of them have been very good at selling, and promising a better experience, and then absolutely let us down, either claims were not handled correctly, leading to a reduced pay out, or no pay out at all.

We have just had our 4th renewal with Brokers Incorporated, and they are just as attentive and keen to get us the cover we need at the most competitive price as they were when they were initially recommended to me.
Unfortunately, we have had a couple of claims since they have been handling our insurance. The staff at Brokers Incorporated have handled the claims superbly for us and we have not been let down in the way we were before we switched to them.

Our claims experience has improved, our costs are reduced, despite the upward trend in policy prices, and I feel confident that if needed again, Brokers Incorporated will provide whatever support and knowledge is required.

I cannot recommend that you give them an opportunity to help with your commercial insurance highly enough.

Emma is always helpful and really quick to respond to all my questions or queries.
