Excellent Employment Law Advice – Highly Recommended

I received excellent support from Martin & Co Solicitors when dealing with a settlement agreement with my employer. Ciaran Montague was extremely professional, approachable and clear in his advice. He explained the legal aspects carefully and ensured the agreement properly protected my position. The whole experience was smooth and reassuring during what could otherwise have been a stressful situation I would definitely recommend Ciaran and Martin & Co Solicitors to anyone needing employment law advice.

NOT A NICE COMPANY- RIPPED OFF

The service we had was awful, the solicitor involved didn't give our case much attention and we had to keep on correcting him on things he should of known to do with our case. He left out documents for our case as he said they were not needed and it turned out they were very crucial but it was then too late. Also at the start he also gave us a fixed price after a long consultation about our case and he said no matter how long it takes that is the price we will pay even if he needs to represent us for an extra day in court should it run over you will not pay anymore than that. Then once your on board a little bit further in they start charging extras, at this point you have already paid your lump 'fixed fee' so can't then back out, they have got you right where they want you and that extra day in court that you end up needing is charged. Not a nice company. There are plenty of other solicitors out there so you should use one of them instead, don't make the same mistake we did
