This company are criminals scamming people out of money for goods that do not match descriptions or photographs.

Their website carries fake Trustpilot reviews and scores which makes it look credible.

They appear to be British, carrying the name of the capital city in their branding. The reality is they are operating out of Hong Kong and their returns policy breaks UK law.

I sincerely hope you’ve not fallen for these scammers. If you have, you have my sympathy. Contact your bank for advice. If you paid by debit or credit card the bank can apply a chargeback against these scumbags, so you have a chance to get your hard earned money back.

Just read the reviews about this company. Like all other complainants, garment poor quality material, nothing like advertised, different colour and a sleeve without a buttonhole! Absolute garbage. I am currently in communication with them and like everyone else, still waiting for return label and of course no address or contact number. Looks like Im going to have to write off this money, the derisory 20% offer, obviously wont ever arrive even though Ive said no thanks. It's only good enough for the unsaleable items bag I give to the charity shop for them to get money from recycling them. Lesson well and truly learned is the only positive I can glean from this experience!

Like other customers I wish I had read the reviews before placing an order. I ordered large size but they arrived looking like UK size 8. I emailed immediately for a return form as instructed on the website. It takes 2 or 3 days for any response which always 'Thank you for reaching out ' then comes the negative response. I'm sorry but the items are not fit for purpose. If anyone knows a return address?

I ordered a jacket size large after waiting 6 weeks for delivery I opened package only to find they had sent a size small which was no good to me. I immediately emailed them asking for a return label only to discover that discount items can't be returned. As it was their error I think they should correct it. After much toing and froing and getting nowhere I've decided to give jacket to charity. Beware don't touch this company with a bargepole!!!!!

Since all of the items on your website are on sale, by definition you would not be prepared to refund any items purchased, despite the claim on your website of …quote.

“That’s why we offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If for any reason, you’re not happy with your order, simply let us know and we’ll arrange a prompt, full refund”.

Furthermore, you are marketing yourself as a UK company, hence calling yourself Martha of London and sporting the Union Jack on your site. This means that you are subject to UK consumer protection law which states…

I must point out to you at this stage that I have looked your company up on Trustpilot which is an independent online review platform where consumers can share feedback about businesses,
products, and services, and businesses can manage their reputations, Your scores are embarrassingly low showing a trust rating for your site of 1.1, the lowest that can be achieved. Complaints cite the poor quality of the goods you supply and misleading marketing practices, such as showing images that do not match with the actual item; and your reluctance to refund customers when asked.

I am keeping consumers involved in our dialogue to enable them to make informed choices about whether to spend their money with you.

I will settle for nothing less than the full cost of the sale price paid for my goods to arrive in my bank account no later than 3rd April 2026. Failure to do so will result in my making further comments on Trustpilot about your deliberate attempts to defraud me of my money followed by efforts to have your site taken down off the internet because of unscrupulous sales methods.

Utter scammers avoid avoid avoid .. sent a vile jacket which was tiny poor quality utter rubbish then refused s refund saying it was promotion , offered 50 %off future order then wanted my bank details for 15% refund and said I may have to return item to china if they accepted return but they won’t anyway snd said it would cost me more to return than I paid. They need removing from the internet snd investigating utter deception

Utter, utter, UTTER rubbish. I cannot describe how bad the quality of the shirt I bought was. I wish I'd read these reviews first. I think it's nylon (no label to say what material and no washing instructions). Sewing was terrible, I could sew better seams with a stick. I've applied for a refund but I suspect it will never happen. They should NOT be allowed to advertise on Google. Totally awful in every possible way. Impressive.

My score is Zero stars but the minimum you can select is one star!
This company is a SCAM - I ordered a garment pictured and described as knitwear; what arrived (a month later) was a very poorly made and tatty blouse / shirt.
Disgusting quality - going straight to a charity shop! (But I wouldn’t pay £1 for it!)

Agree with Mrs Titley the garment is rubbish, nothing like the picture. It should have been a cardigan, it is more like a men's shirt it even buttons up the men's way.
Very disappointed, absolute waste of money.
Stay well away if you are thinking of ordering.
Waited nearly a month for it.

I think I have fallen into their scam, because I purchased some shirts from these scammers, thinking that the shirts were produced in London, but only to discover they are produced in China. I would definitely not have purchased from them if I knew, and I wonder why their scam advert continues to appear in goggle. I have sent a mail cancelling the order eventhough I'm yet to receive the shirts and hope to raise a dispute with my bank to see if I will be fortunate to be refunded my money.

The shirts were advertised as soft cotton. Delivery was of poor quality man made synthetic material. A total fraud. Do not go anywhere near this company

They think they are smarter than an average Retail Outlet..photos and everything.
They Reduce all items to make the consumer feel like they are getting a discount..The whole App is discounted meaning you can not Return...
Even in the App it clearly states that you can Exchange which they also do not Honour. AVOID THIS COMPANY UNLESS YOUR PURCHASE FITS.

Ordered a coat in size large What arrived was a small and it and not good quality material
I contacted them they told me that because it was a promotion their policy is too not refund On further looking at the website

Sadly i cant mark as 0..This Company provide substandard products and items are absolutely nothing like as advertised.,which i think could be classed as false advertising.This company has made me look at reviews all the time before i make a purchase.
As everyone has reviewed you cant return the item because you purchased using a promotion,they then offer a voucher to put towards more substandard products which are falsely advertised.
I urge everyone..put your money to good use and buy something worth the money but DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY

Very late delivery. They claim because closing , but still advertising. Got it today: I ordered large mans and have a small woman’s. No point in returning as company is pathetic and if I keep it , it may fit my granddaughter!!! Avoid this company at all costs!!!

I wish I had read the honest reviews before I bought from this site, I cannot stress strongly enough how poor the quality of the item was, it was supposed to be knitted ladies cardigan and looks more like a cheap and nasty man's shirt.
No return label and no tags on item, site states they will only accept returned goods with labels intact.
Also have numerous slightly different email/contact addresses!

Purchased a Ladies jacket on Martha London, arrived 4 weeks later and was very poor quality. When we requested a refund the same day, Martha London replied and refused any return or refund saying that it was part of a promotional offer.

I wish I'd read the reviews before spending so much money. Their marketing and sales pitch was very convincing. However, what actually arrived was very thin, poor quality fabric that clearly says 'made in china'.
If you want fast and cheap fashion Shein is far superior quality to this. I will be lucky to get 10 wears before they fall apart at the seems. So disappointing.
