Criminals they contacted me about a…

Criminals they contacted me about a court costs that a did not know about a had a conditional discharge from the court but did not know a had pay the cost 2 years on the constantly harassing me for the money set up a payment plan but due to self employment a could not pay the date they said contacted them saying it’s not my address and it’s my elderly mothers house and it’s a postal address only my dad passed away weeks ago told them this and my vulnerable 75 year old mother is on her own today they turned up at the house using bullying tactics saying she would have to pay it and get it back from me or they were entering the property that a don’t have anything to do with it’s my mams house the enforcer as he liked to call himself started putting pressure on my mam a was at work spoke to him on phone his attitude was horrible a explained to him a could only pay so much a week as every one is struggling at the moment his reply am not struggling a make 1000 pound a week plus you should pay your debts and we would not be having this conversation explain to him that am having a hard time due to losing my dad just weeks ago for him to say well there’s another excuse your mam won’t pay it so what chance have we got they charged a extra 230 pound just for turn up to tell me this his cost are more than the original cost from the court a said to him illegal Lone sharks would not charge or put this much pressure on me !his suggestion was to use them to pay him if that’s my opinion !!! Who the hell do these people think they are and what makes it worse the government courts etc are using them to extort money from people who are in this position total bully’s with no morals or sympathy if a normal person done this to someone they would get locked up CRIMINAL a would rather own money to the kray twins than these people at my door am now seeking legal advice They could not care if you sold your sole to the devil as long as they get there money

Unbelievably poor customer service

I checked with them about blocks of visitor parking permits (Surrey County Council) that I purchased but that expired before I had used. The person who came back to me, called Will, told me to stop wasting his time when I asked for evidence that I had used all the permits which they asserted. Will needs some training fast.

Bullies…

Today 15th July 2025 bailiffs spoke with my son who owes a debt to Merton council.
They used heavy handed tactics even verbally asking for a fight.
Disgraceful

BULLIES!

BULLIES!

On Monday an agent called me in order to collect goods for a parking penalty, which was served to us at an old address.
We spoke and I was advised to email the council with the penalty number(until the Monday we never knew of the penalty),which I did.
On Wednesday the same week our car was clamped by a Folashabe Abisogun, who will not hear any reason. We were forced to pay and are left with no money for neither rent nor food.
I will pray that this godless woman pays for her tormenting nature and lack of humanity.

Don't bother asking for reduce payment if you have to go on SSP they won't do it

Phoned up to enquire about if I can reduce my payment as I'm on long term statutory Sick Pay, an now only earn £514 for the month, my payment plan is in place for £235.66 a month and Guess what they would not reduce the payment to £100. And I am also disabled. They have no compassion to help if your in a hard place they would rather see you suffer Financial Hardship. Absolute disgraceful. I've been paying my debt of with no problem and I ask for help and this is what you get.

Nasty nasty uncooperative. Will intimidate you and belittle you. They will chase you even if wrong of law!!!!!!!!. Be aware nasty scum youtube these fraudsters. Overhaul reviews speak for themself

Illegal tactics / got all Cash Back

Bullying , Lying , threatening and use deception to cau anxiety - guy turns up asking for my son, I say he's not lived here for 4 years ( true ) , he says the debt is registered to my address so I'm liable , he says he's calling a van man to cler my house unless I can show reciepts for what I calim is mine - I pay under severe duress - get advise and got a £2000 refund from these crooks - cannot describe the filthy tactics without getting banned - not even an apology - But the lesson is they are non compliant and commision led do NOT PAY

Hardest company in the world to deal…

Hardest company in the world to deal with. Told them I couldn’t pay in full so needed to set up a payment plan but can never get hold of them, can’t msg on the website or even the app. Even when they call you the phone line terrible and then they just hang up with no return phone call. Shocking.

Horrible man shouting down the …

Horrible man shouting down the phone at me saying i have to pay it in full now .I explained that I had financial difficulties but was willing to set a payment plan didn't want to know then tells me he's coming to take goods so I said I have nothing of value .so then he said not paying council tax is a criminal offence and he's going to start custodial proceedings what a load of lies i know my rights still waiting for him to turn up don't think he's going to because he knows i won't be bulled don't know how these people sleep at night

They do their job perfectly

They do their job perfectly. If you ever wanted to encounter cruelty, it is easy to associate with the personality of Tom, who works for them. The man is Polish, not even of local origin. He does not hear anything. Probably each of his visits is part of the solution to childhood trauma. His appearance resembles a bouncer from the 90s, who killed and robbed for profit!
This is his personality.
Other agents are more like vile cowards who find it difficult to be truthful and honest. They hide behind lies, meanness, and profit.
If you ever encounter these people - do not expect justice. These people are not able to hear anyone, participate or help.
The meanness that you can get from Mr. Taylor is a deliberately targeted deception, with the help of personal gain.
I believe that not all people are guilty of their fines. And everyone is trying to solve the problem as quickly as possible. But Morston Recovery specifically hires people who were hurt by their childhood, because only childish cruelty and anger at life can behave like that.
I know for sure that if it weren't for the fear of sitting in prison, such people would kill, just to satisfy their ambition.

Absolutely no compassion

Absolutely no compassion. Despite claiming an "award winning vulnerability strategy" which they also state includes "a Welfare Support Team", when contacted, they just wanted 100% payment. Very disappointing.

Harassed despite upholding plan

I had been repaying a council tax debt from Covid times, £50.32 every month since 2022.
I had paid £1700 in total and kept consistent and then out of the blue recieved a final notice threat from them over the remaining sum of £244.44.
I had paid every month! Including last month. I was not in default of my payment plan.

I have since complained to them, the council and have satisfied the debt by borrowing from family who didnt have any obligation to help me.

This company will threaten you, even if you keep up with your payment plan.

Saying they gonna arrest me but they…

Saying they gonna arrest me but they have to do it not violently.. so when you resist if they try to stop you. You may injure them. They arent police and cant forcefully arrest anybody. "o use violence in the execution of a Warrant as this is a breach of Paragraph 24(2) of Schedule 12 of the Tribunals Courts and Enforcement Act 2007"

Disgusting company

Disgusting company. I filled out the form regarding affordability and was told they couldn't accept my payment plan , They then asked me to submit the form via their app which I did and it said it was submitted for Consideration,Low and behold it wasn't up for consideration and they sent out their enforcement agents. I argued that they did not update their app with the outcome of it being declined and the enforcement officer said that it was irrelevant. What is the point of the consideration without it even being considered.

They don't have a clue!

Had a letter sent to my address for my ex husband.
He doesn't live here, never has and neither want him to know where I live.
The company have done checks apparently. Clearly done well as they'd actually find his current residing address through the electrol roll etc.
Feel extremely distressed.
