My plants arrived in a damaged box possibly due to delivery company. Two of the plants damaged, I was refunded money for those two very speedily.

Good quality plants
I ordered some purple sprouting broccoli and they were very healthy but the reason I gave 4*and not 5 is because they came 2 weeks earlier than the delivery date so I couldn't put them in straight away as I hadn't prepared the plot they were going in, that said they do look in very good condition

Wrong fruit tree supplied
I contacted customer service regarding a patio fruit tree that I had purchased, which when it has produced fruit turns out not to be what I ordered. They were able to identify what I had actually received and sent a replacement tree. Hopefully when this one fruits it will be the one I wanted. Their response was wonderful, didn't think it would get replaced.

Agreed with Marshall’s for replacement to be sent - however this replacement consignment was “lost” by your carrier Evri.

I have used marshalls for years
I have used marshalls for years. I know the products to be good. I ordered some leeks. Box was delivered upside down and smashed. Contacted you guys and you sent out a replacement. Same thing upside down box smashed. Problem for me was I was going away for the next 2 weeks. I missed my window for planting.
