Poor delivery by Evri
I’d recently had a terrible experience with Evri’s delivery of Marshalls’ lovely veg seedlings. Nothing to do with Marshalls at all as their veg was in a secure box and had correct labelling etc.
after my seedlings arrived in a torn box and not in good condition due to being thrown around the Evri van, Marshall’s refunded what they couldn’t replace and replaced the damaged seedlings. Thank you Marshall’s for a fab customer service response. .

Not good for packaging sensitive and young plants.s
Packaging of sensitive and young plants is not good at all. They need to improve this as other companies do treat their products with care. They also require photo evidence of any damage upon receipt. This is a get out as young plants need to be rescued quickly rather than spend time photographing them. Having used Marshalls a few times they should believe what you say and compensate. From my recent experience, I would not choose Marshalls again for providing young plants.

The post is not good sending plants it can take 2 weeks to come you need to use a different delivery service the 2nd plant was a bit betyer but not great i think you need to reconsider option especially in this weather
