The product looks great!
It was delivered safely and within 3 days. I can't say much about the light yet, but I'll update my review based on how it benefits my plants later on.

Over past 2 months I have purchased a number of items from Mars Hydro. I wish I came across them sooner!
It is rare to work with such a responsive sales team. Advice and assistance in products. I have dealt with both Australia Team and Europe Team. Each time I "talk" (email) to them they are quick to respond with a practical response and shipping dates.
These guys are on the ball. Their products and brand seems like something one would be proud to be working with.

The lights I've bought are fairly priced and work awesome! They are super easy to set up and daisy chain together also.

I’ve never had a bad experience with marshydro, they give got grow products for the low. And no one can compete with them

Overall product is Great! As a beginner grower I thought the process would be difficult. So from seedling until flowering the Mars Hydro product has been my first of choice among other competitors.The pricing and quality of the products are reasonable and I'm impressed. I also learned within my growing, that there can be the other competitors products one might have to use outside of Mars Hydro that is compatible with one another. So in all, the Mars Hydro experience with me has now launched me into the Mars Hydro DIY mode and I've purchased me a second set up, to grow more yield now. Patience, but Fun.

Great quality products all around, starting from packaging and build quality it is continued in product performance and all around understanding of user demands. Also what is not as important but extremely satisfying are product aesthetics and how they fit each other.

On the other hand i had some issues with one of products, but it was resolved in very good manner by the support, witch is also good and provided without delays.

Competition is hard but Mars seems to understand what they are doing and constantly improve their products.

Going on 2 years and my mars hydro fc_6500 is still going strong. Amazing yield and quality from this light.

My experience with Mars Hydro has been very good, I bought a 5x5 grow tent, 2 fans, and a FCE-8000 grow light and they work wonderfully, I even had a problem with the light and the customer service helped me solve that problem in a very short time, nice company to be honest.

Hi I have been using marshydro for 5 years. I use TS1000 and TSL2000 i have 4 TSL2000 and 1 ts1000. Also have 2 mars 2x4 tents and a 3x3. Iv had great results from this equipment. The ppm is still the same as if I just bought them. I own rankndankseeds.com and for new growers asking about what lights and tents equipment in general. I alway point them to Marshydro. I have no complaints and will be purchasing more things soon like a controller.

Mars Hydro Makes some great products. Their lights are one of the best within the price range. I've had my best grows with them. Been using them for years now with zero issues on hardware. (App Software could be looked at but it isn't a deal breaker). Just don't rely on their app when in flower. Customer Service is helpful (eventually) a little slow but they try and help where possible in the end. I'll stick to MH for the foreseeable.

I had a problem with the inline Fan but we are able to find a solution.
Support answers within hours or right the next day (except for weekends).
Earlier I had a problem with the LED too even after warranty they send me the parts I needed to repair by myself.
Tech guy will send you a video if you want to do it by urself.

Using Mars hydro since 2020 and I will continue using.

I have 2 stars just for the fact they replied. They knew their light was out of stock but still had it on the site as in stock, let me place the order and then after a few days of no confirmation we phoned only to be told the lights were in customs and would take 2/3 weeks. 4 weeks passed and still no light or even an update. When we complained we were given some discount code(I won’t be buying from them again so what was the point?), really really poor from mars hydro, I should have taken it further as they basically scammed me out of my money, sure I got a refund but it’s not the point, they should say when items are not in stock before you make the purchase. The lights, when you can get them, are actually pretty decent but the customer service in the uk is 3rd rate, so so poor, there are other alternatives now such as Sf which I’d use before I ever buy from mars again.

Avoid them like the plague, they are very poor.

I bought a SP series 3000. It is really bad quality in almost every way. It covers a too small area, missing stuff like a dialer to adjust lightsettings and proper hangwires to hang it from. You would have better results using a quantum board to half the price. I don't know why marshydro is selling something like this, when there is important stuff like a dialer missing. It makes it very hard to trust this company again

Based on the reply I thought I should clarify and note that this is more than just poor logistic from my optics. not often I write a 1 star review but I put a lot of stock in owning your mistakes. Well at least they refunded me.

Just to clarify:

I was offered 75% off a $329.99 fan kit with the purchase of a light. I completed the order—$99 for the fan kit, $185.99 for the light, plus a 5% bundle discount. The total came to $270.74 CAD, no tax or shipping.

Later, I was told the fan kit would never be restocked and the light would take a month to ship. Instead, I was offered 53% off the fan kit plus 500 points—which is still much more than $99. At that point, there was no reason to go ahead with the light purchase, so I cancelled the entire order.

Shortly after, the same fan kit reappeared on the website as available. And unfortunately, there are no other 6-inch kits currently offered that would meet my needs, which makes the situation even more frustrating.

Not angry—just disappointed.
