Marley Spoon 

Had ordered a meal box and apparently it was never produced. As compensation, I received a free meal box on their settlement. Received meal box on their settlement, but the next original meal box I paid for, I never received.

Have communicated with James via the phone, and have never ever experienced such lousy customer service, completely aggressive tone and misunderstanding.

Definitely cannot recommend Marley Spoon to anyone! Scam company!

Delicious food and good recipes, it was a pleasure to be cooking easy and tasty meals.

I like the convenience, there are many vegetarian meals that are great for us.

My wife and I love Marley Spoon. Great selection of meals and easy to cook and follow instructions.

The shipment didn't arrive on Sunday as promised and was delivered on Monday, I was promised 10£ credit and refund which I never received and the receptionist tried to bully me into accepting the box although the chicken was filmy and the pork was warm. She assured me it was safe to eat. Also the box was damaged and condiments spilled, I have been using hello fresh for several months but decided to give Marley a chance for the sake of variety, what a disappointed.

Delicious fresh, great quality meals. My kids can be fussy about the food they eat, but MS seem to have it right for children. No other box company, in my opinion has that yet. They've never made a mistake with packing or delivery, which I have experienced frequently with other food box companies. Marley Spoons website is the easiest to navigate, to skip weeks if it's not convenient for whatever reason or choose your meals. They always keep me upto date with emails too. The meals come in paper bags you can just pop in the top of the fridge, meaning truly no fuss of even unpacking! I would 100% recommend Marley Spoon, and have done, to my family and friends.

It's great! The recipes are yummy, the produce is fresh and delicious. Highly recommended for time poor people.

Great range of recipes. Easy to prepare and tasty results. I get bored easily so thankfully no recipe repeats.

I've tried a few food delivery services, and Marley Spoon is the best by far. The portions are really generous, and not normally bulked up with rice or bread. I really look forward to the new menus each week and like sending free boxes to friends.

Fresh Ingredients and unique combinations, a mouthwatering mango salsa with perfectly cooked fish! We thoroughly enjoyed our meal tonight.

Brilliant service and great meals up to now good to eat veggie a couple of times a week

Marley Spoon is a fantastic service that provides interesting recipes that I would not normally think of to cook, let alone have the ingredients to hand.

The service is excellent and the food quality is brilliant, the recipes delicious.

The quality of food is really good, fresh ingredients and lots of variety. Recepies are super easy to cook and the result is good even for bad / average cooks like myself.
Delivery is not perfect but it seems to be improving, option of delivery at early or late hours works really well.
It's always a happy moment to receive the box and open it, all is beautiful.

Shopping with Marley Spoon is one of the best decisions I have ever made. We love the dishes - so tasty and exciting. We now really look forward to meal times! And I do not miss the supermarket dashes and hassle of thinking about what will we eat this week!! Marley Spoon keeps in touch with me about the meal choices available and make excellent recommendations based on my preferences. The delivery service is excellent - I love that I don't need to be in when my food parcel arrives. It is always packed up well and can be retrieved from the garden when I arrive home. All round a fabulous way to shop and eat and I would recommend it to everyone.

Nice recipes and makes a nice change from your average meals.

I've had a few problems with poor quality produce but the team have responded well each time to put matters right. The food generally comes well packed and I like that it's all in the separate bags - only trouble is you have to unpack most of it to put in the fridge so maybe they could pack fresh herbs and produce separately to make it easier. The recipes are easy to follow and most meals have been enjoyable.

Time slot 8am-10am, at 9:35am, a text message advised delivery in 45 minutes. By 10am, the delivery tracking has predicted a delivery past 11am. Obviously, the delivery company only assigned a delivery driver at 9:35am. It's totally unacceptable.
