Great products but service is…

Great products but service is atrocious. A number of time I've contacted to solve my issue.

I received half my delivery on one day. I had paid a person to amend the bed. We then realized the ottoman was not delivered. I have contacted a number of time for a refund as I didn't receive it first time. I was then told I can make the bed frame which I did and paid 120 for this to be made. Then the ottoman hadn't been delivered and then it came 2 days later. The service is atrocious.

Hassle free from order to delivery

Hassle free from order to delivery, great quality beds/mattresses. Easy to assemble. Extra packaging to sides to avoid damage in transport.
Very happy especially with the delivery and assistance from driver.

Ordered a bed from these guys recently…

Ordered a bed from these guys recently and wanted to leave a review becayse of their great customer service and flexibility about delivery times I was in. Incredible value also considering their high quality materials. My model has easy to access under bed storage which is a must for clothes, towels etc. Would recommend for anyone needing a new bed frame!

Really nice people to deal…

Really nice people to deal with.Everything straight forward with ordering and updates on delivery.Guy that came with delivery very nice person, helped me upstairs with bed, could not have been more helpful.Bed itself is very nice, looks good, very easy to put together.
