I had the gemstone in a labret fall out during regular wear within the 2 year timeframe and they offered a code to purchase a replacement of the same piece free. When I preferred a different labret out of concerns the same thing would happen again, they sent me a code for the value of the old to be applied to the new. Fantastic customer service!!

I purchased a pair of pearl earrings…
I purchased a pair of pearl earrings that were stunning and came with beautiful packaging. They arrived on time and though I hadn't expected them to be as big as they were, due to the organic shape and uniqueness I had to return them.
When I contacted customer service, they were quick to respond, understanding, and overall gave excellent service. I would definitely purchase from them in the future.

I ordered a pair of earrings from their official website and after about a week one of them broke and wouldn't hold together securely enough for me to comfortably wear them. I then contacted customer service and explained them my problem and they kindly agreed to send another earring.
