Wonderful service! I had a problem with a return, DHL left a package at a different address, however, after contacting the customer care it turned out that it was not a problem to collect the package from a different place. Wasn't it for Lise I would definitely have a major problem. She's awesome. Excellent customer service. A big hug for Lise.

I’ve been a Maria Black fan for a long time after discovering the brand on Mr. Porter. The designs are elegant yet fun, and then edgy but sophisticated. They do such a great job at having something for everyone, and the jewelry is made with the highest quality of materials. I always anxiously await each purchase and love to give them as gifts. Their customer service is also top notch, which is incredibly important when you give jewelry as presents as well!
