Bought the 2019 Lincoln Nautilus complete service manual (7,200+ pages), wiring diagram manual and vehicle owner’s manual for $34. Other than a difficult search method, I am completely satisfied!

Not a real manual, SCAM
You get a thumb drive that is near useless. No wiring diagrams, no illustrations. NOT a factory service manual but a poor copy of several pages probably pirated.

I bought two different manuals. Both was indexed , with pictures and included wiring manuals too. The shipping was super fast with tracking number .I absolutely recommend it .

Manual is not indexed correctly and has no search function. Not good. Filed a claim with PayPay and Capitol One to get a refund . Seller will not return e-mails.No phone number for customer service.

Bought 98-02 Town Car service manual. Low-res pictures, no wiring diagrams. It has nothing to original service manual. Looks like .pdf copy of AllData of Mitchell OnDemand. Does not worth even few bucks.
