The end product is pretty good. My problem comes with their website. You are supposed to set a profile for your podcast. This would make it so you don't have to fill in your notes and desired edits that are the same for every episode every time you request a new episode. There is a section for this to be filled out, but the link is broken, and even after letting them know this is the case it hasn't been fixed in over 2 months.

Also, I have placed notes in, such as to have a curse word bleeped out. This wasn't done.

They have responded when something isn't right and corrected it, but I do fee like I have to be on top of them sometimes... LIke I said the end product comes out well and the price is good... just need a few improvements.

I've had quite a good experience with Podcast Press except for two weeks ago when I didn't receive it within 72 hours.

The service is convenient and saves me a ton of time!

This is a HORRIBLE service. They don't return phone calls. They STEAL your money with automatic withdrawal and they don't give you any service. DON'T USE THIS SERVICE!!! IT'S A SCAM!!!

The Podcast Press team is pretty good with determining what to cut and what to keep, and delivers episodes in a timely manner. However, I wish they were better at communicating during the process. I often felt left in the dark on the status of the podcast and wasn't told about issues with the audio until after it was edited. They were helpful and often re-edited once the solutions for the issues were found.
