The staff at Mannleys work as a team. They respond to phone calls promptly, are courteous in their communication and empathetic to their customers' needs. I had an unbelievably difficult and protracted transaction due to my conveyancer's inefficiency and this created much frustration for everyone in the chain. Despite this I received valuable support and encouragement from Jo and I am indebted to her for her continuing help and patience throughout. When it seemed the chain would collapse, Chris stepped in and helped to maintain momentum. I could not have wished for a more cooperative team and they deserve much praise for their professional approach. I shall be forever grateful for the ultimate success of purchasing through them.

Friendly and helpful service
I have been really impressed with all the team at Mannleys. The whole process of selling my house with Mannelys has been dealt with really professionally. From the valuation with Martin, to the gentlemen who took the photos of the property and especially Jane and Lydia who arranged viewings and always come back to me with feedback. The most important thing for me was that the team were friendly and approachable and that I wasn't made to feel a nuisance with all my questions.

Lydia was great from start to finish
Lydia was great from start to finish. She was professional but at the same time very friendly made viewing appointments to fit in with my movements in the area when we decided to buy she made the process of and making offers really easy. I can't speak highly enough of Lydia. And will definitely contact Manley should I need an estate agent in the future.

Exceptional and Professional Customer Service
We corresponded with Mannleys back in 2021 when we purchased our property with them, they were faultless in their customer service. They were the key people in getting the sale through in time for us to qualify for the free stamp duty (a huge saving for us).
We have since rented our property out with them and again they have been absolutely fantastic. They are quick to offer expert advice, easy to get hold of and offer exceptional and professional customer service. Nothing is asking too much!!! Would highly recommend them!!!
