Overall, I had a good experience purchasing my house through Lifestyle Property. The team was helpful and supportive, especially at the beginning of the process, and their service was professional.

One area that could be improved is regular follow-ups throughout the purchase process, as timely updates would make the experience even smoother and give buyers more confidence.

Another suggestion would be to make the key handover more special and memorable. Presenting the house keys in a more elegant way, along with a small welcome hamper or gift, would create a wonderful final impression and make customers feel truly valued.

We’ve used Lifestyle for many years as agents for a property we rented out. Having always been pleased with their service as a letting agent, we also used them to subsequently sell the house and have been very satisfied with how they conducted the whole process.

From initial suggestions regarding small improvements to make the house more attractive to conducting the viewings we were always kept up to date with progress and the state of the market.

Once a sale was agreed, we were able to just let Cilla and James liaise with the buyers and solicitors which made the sale very easy for us as we live some distance from the house.

I can’t speak highly enough of Lifestyle Estate Agents. We first used them 28 years ago when we bought our property, and we recently returned to them to handle the sale—something that says a lot in itself.

From start to finish, the team have been excellent. James, who carried out the valuation, was extremely knowledgeable and provided a fair and realistic assessment of both the property and the market. This estate agents is only interested in your money! Communication is poor unless they are finacially motivated. Any work or maintanence we needed doing to the rental they were always slow to react and wouldn't do anything without persistent chasing up. Contract terms were frequently changed without much warning including fitting an topup electric meter we were never told how to use! Possesions I had kept in communal areas were also stolen by lifestyle's property management firm on 2 occasions! If you have a choice please do not use this estate agents we had nothing but trouble from them when renting!

I’m very grateful to James and the team. We had a specific time line to meet and really needed some guidance pretty quickly. James acted promptly and really knew the market, we will definitely be using them again!
