Poor product. Does not go on easily, and a nightmare to get off. Don't waste your ,money

Came much later than the time given on ordering, when I emailed they gave a different time frame. Once arrived was looking forward to using but never again, the stuff sticks like superglue. I followed the instructions and applied 3 coats of the colour to get what should of been an even coverage. I have never seen anything so bumpy. I didn't apply the activator as knew this would make it harder to remove and it still took me over half an hour to remove from the 3 fingers I had done. The removal kit that is brought separately is useless wipes are dried up. Complete waste of money as it went straight in the bin. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

I ordered a package by mistake -as took two payments

I agreed a reduced refund still not paid although advertise 90 day refund, this doesn’t exist

Received the order, poor packaging just wrapped in bubble wrap no paper instructions you have to download it. I have used it twice , first time was not great. I thought the second time will be better but it chipped within 3 days. Very little powder in the pots.

I placed an order and received it pretty quickly. However, the packaging is very poor. No written instructions. The goods didn’t look like the advert. Having now read the reviews I’m reluctant to use the product as I’ve just spent 6 months getting my nails back to a healthy condition because they were damaged by build a gel. Having decided to return the goods I contacted the Company. I’ve sent three emails but had no response. You can’t return the goods without their permission. Obviously, this is not what they want. I wish I had read the reviews before I purchased the set. £30 wasted. I don’t understand how they can get away with such terrible customer service. Don’t buy if your unsure‼️ I will update if I get a response.

It doesn't come in a box which everyone has said. It doesn't matter but it's misleading as to what's on the add. Just put it in a box Manicista!
I thought I must have ordered the wrong color but reading the reviews, maybe I didn't! However I like what was sent, it wasn't a million miles away from what I ordered.
Took a couple of practice times but overall, my nails look lovely. They are strong and it peels off after about a week but that's fine for me. My nails were absolutely not damamged! I will be ordering again from them as I hate going to the salon and this is a nice compromise for me.

Been in contact with company for 10 days now. I opened the box realized I am allergic to the system. Wrote to them to return. They will not send me return address. I have been back and forth with them.
I am so mad!!! What a hassle.

Scam warning - don’t buy from this company. Tried to cancel my order 5 minutes after I ordered it but they said it was too late. Then tried to get a return address. They wouldn’t give me a return address. They offered a 30% refund -then 70% refund -then 100% refund. No refund has ever been received. They said they have a technical problem issuing refunds. What a joke.

Received as a Christmas present from my husband, arrived in a Jiffy bag with no instructions! After finding how to apply, I did my first set. Cracked and chipped within 24hrs, colours are poor, not as shown on website…absolute rubbish, only advice I can give is DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!

Very poor product. Chips and cracks appeared within 24 hours but their helpline suggested I hadn’t applied it properly. Tried again with same result so it all went in the bin. Extremely difficult to remove and my nails were left very damaged. Do not buy.

Very poor. Ordered the starter kit in a box as a Christmas present. Some items ( not what was ordered) turned up 2 weeks later in a Jiffy bag. No instructions either.
Reported this but had nor response to return. Still waiting for a response

Wish I'd seen the reviews first! Company not keen to refund, even though they have a policy on website. Any refund must be agreed by them before you can send back, but they aren't replying to my emails, so currently unable to return.

Product arrived way after 10 business days stated on their website, and only offered a 30% refund which is ridiculous. Also not bothered to use when I saw that the ingredients are the same as super glue,(not the powders) I noticed same review from others, which is hard enough to remove from skin so can only imagine damage it could do to nails. Am sure I will find a use for the powder for handicraft products

The advert says they last 3-4 weeks.. more like 3-4 minutes. The nails chip really easily and then you’ll spend more time taking it off than you did putting it on. Don’t bother

Dissappoiting packaging who arrived. Bit that was just the start.. the actual product is terrible.
Followed the instructions which were great. Unfortunately cracks appeared within 24 hours and it is extremely difficult to remove following all the instructions for removal.
It reminds me of superglue. Waste of money and definitely won’t be using again. Can’t even give it away as don’t want anyone else to experience such a poor product.

I had a very disappointing experience with Manicista, and I feel their advertising is misleading. The product they promote on Facebook looks luxurious, but what I received was far from it. My package arrived wrapped only in bubble wrap, not in the elegant box they advertised. Additionally, they sent the wrong colors, and while they agreed to replace them, the quality of the powder itself was extremely poor. After just one day, the varnish started chipping.

When I reached out to customer support to discuss my concerns, they were unhelpful and dismissive, insisting that I must have used the product incorrectly—which I hadn’t. Despite their claim of a 30-day return policy, they refused a full refund, saying that since the powder was opened, I would only be eligible for 30% of the price. And to make things worse, any honest review posted on Facebook gets deleted almost immediately. I wouldn’t recommend this product or company; my experience has been nothing but frustrating.
