Thank you tanya ji for helping me walkthrough this difficult in my relationship. I believe the space of exploration is quite important, I was able to understand and compartmentalise my thoughts, desire and needs.
Earlier I was not clear in understanding my deeper feelings. I would suggest to go for prime therapy so that you get the access of good therapists. Also If you believe you will be comfortable with particular therapist then believe me go with that therapist. Even if the therapist is booked for weeks. (My personal opinion, a good therapist should generally be busy). For me online therapy and counselling with psychologist was a good experience.

My experience with online therapy…

Splendid counselling experience

The counselling experience given by Dr. Nishu Sharma in prime therapy service was very helpful and I got what I wanted in her.
The first session was not only about listening and intro but to truly deliver a solution to help with my personal issue.
P.S. i am still continuing with my therapy since its helping me unwind my difficult emotions.

As a parent, there are few things more difficult than watching your child struggle emotionally, mentally, or socially—especially when you feel helpless to make it better. My teenage daughter had been going through an incredibly challenging time. Like many teens, she was navigating the pressures of school, friendships, social media, identity, and the transition from childhood to adulthood. But what started as mood swings and withdrawn behavior soon grew into something deeper: anxiety, self-doubt, low self-esteem, and a general sense of feeling overwhelmed by life. That’s when we knew we needed help outside of our family circle.

After some research and asking for recommendations, we found a therapist who came highly regarded, and now I can say with complete confidence that it was one of the best decisions we’ve ever made for our daughter—and for our family as a whole.

The therapist was unqualified and…

The therapist was unqualified and rushed through the session. She was clearly overbooked with back-to-back appointments and only pushed for more sessions instead of providing real help. Total waste of time.

Overall disorganized, unprofessional, went MIA

Overall disorganized, unprofessional, room to improve.
First therapist was good. Connection kept failing. Tried both google video and whatsapp. Wasn't able to schedule me in as soon as I wanted to. Second therapist was good. Connection during therapy failed. She was supposed to send me some worksheets and I did not hear from her for 3 days, emailed her and have yet to hear back. Overall sensing a lack of empathy.

She did not respond to my last email when I asked when I could expect the worksheets.
This confirms my experience and thoughts expactly. Lack of empathy, disorganized, unprofessional.

I had taken around 54 sessions with my therapist , its been around a year so i guess its right time to say that the quality of my therapist was great. When she went on material leave i was offered a different therapist which i applauded . But i wanted to stick with my therapist and wait for her. So my validity was extended . Good customer service , great therapists.

My incredible journey with manastha

With Manastha my experience has been an exceptional and spiritual one. Learning to overcome the fear of being trapped in past and never being able to trust anyone again. With my therapist Srishti I learnt to accept change in life and make amends with the past. She encouraged me to take baby steps. Slow and effective healing ways. The ones that are providing me confidence and ways to love myself every passing day. After my therapy sessions, I understood how important it is to process our thoughts. So that u never burst like a full-blown balloon. With processed thoughts comes the weapon of expression. Which is an important thing to learn in life. It is a much-prescribed experience I would recommend to everyone. I think everyone should take a step towards healing themselves. It might be tough but with manastha as per my experience, it will be all worth it. I took one step at a time and slowly processed and understood my root cause of overwhelming emotions. Therapy really makes me calmer.

I've been in therapy for almost 6…

I've been in therapy for almost 6 months now and it's been a wonderful experience. Over time, I got to realise a lot of things about myself and Ms. Nimisha helped me through it. She listens to all the concerns and provides great support. I would definitely recommend it.

It helped a lot when my therapist explained how my thoughts are jumbling, why am I getting confused and why I am feeling what I am feeling. Honestly it was a good feeling when you can see that things are finally falling into their space and I owe it all to my therapist.

Everything is great in my life

Best to identify unhelpful thought patterns

I have been to many therapists in the past but Manastha has some of the best , I personally want to thank my therapist Vaaridhi for helping me out through these tough times. Vaaridhi has been laser focussed in identifying my thought patterns which were not helpful and was able to help me find alternative thoughts to replace them. I feel much calmer now and will continue taking therapy.

I had joined manastha with a pile of…

I had joined manastha with a pile of remorse and so many unsettled emotions. I didn't know what I was doing and where was i heading in life. It was because of Salini Govada, one of the most empathetic and understanding persons I've crossed my paths with that i was able to align myself again with my life. She not only made me aware of my true self, but also taught me how to respect and accept that self. It is only and only (and i mean it) because of her that I've started hoping and believing in me again.

I found Manastha via online…

I found Manastha via online recommendation on some other mental health forum. It did live upto its reputation. I was quickly assigned a great counselor, Aditi Mehta and after working with her for a couple of months I am in much better state. I am not only aware of my feelings but able to manage those and work on self growth. People around me also noticed the change in me.

Honestly I was surprised by the accuracy and precision of the counselor in identifying and addressing the issues.

In my personal opinion everyone can use a couple of sessions just to know themselves if not anything else. And Manastha is a good place to start.

Thankful to Team Manastha

I am one of those who always try to make things better. I wanted my relationship to be even better that it was.
My boss recommended manastha to me for overall welless.

Only polished psychologist could have created a more productive intervention for me then I already have for myself.

Miss Kushaangi helped me in my journey of betterment. She is an excellent counselor who knows the right kind of questions to ask. She was so precise in her approach that even I was shocked ho much blind spot i was carring about my self in my life.

I am thankful to the team and my psychologist.

Perfect

I’ve been taking sessions from Shivangi since the past 6 months but the comfort level I have developed with her is way beyond. Love how I can easily talk to her despite thinking every time before the session that I’ll run out of topics, and yet it always turns out I am running out of time instead.
I and my closed ones have noticed drastic changes in me and it wouldn’t have been possible without Shivangi. She is extremely professional , definitely a well-wisher and someone who can make you get to a point where you look for answers within you!
