Simon sold me my car. He explained the process throughly. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience when buying my first car!

The dealership sold a vehicle that had undergone major repair work along one entire side, while explicitly stating that it had never been involved in an accident. During the sales process, they requested a positive Trustpilot review as a standard step, which may mean that many five-star reviews come from customers who were asked to leave feedback before they had taken delivery or fully experienced the car.
In part-exchange transactions, they invent or exaggerate faults with the customer’s vehicle, either to reduce the trade-in valuation or to push buyers into a more expensive or less advantageous financial package. I dealt with salesperson Simon and his manager; both demonstrated sales practices that I would strongly advise others to approach with caution. Examples: 1) their aftersales(at)manamanx.co.uk email stated in IDD document doesn't work 2) They gave an AA test report for a different car.

Andy was very nice, knowledgeable about the car. He made the process very seamless and stressless. He is very welcoming, offered I and my wife drinks. We loved the experience. Thank you.
DO NOT BUY from this company! They sold me a Ford Focus which developed a fault after 28 days and they are refusing to refund me despite my statutory rights! Bunch of cowboys who have terrible after-sales

Simon was very helpful with the purchase of our daughter’s 1st car. Very happy customer 🤗
Great, informative service from Simon. The sale process was simple and everything was explained clearly.
Simón had been an excellent during the process of selling and buying a car. Everything was clearly explained and I am delighted with the treat and of course with my new car. Thank you very much.
My experience with Simon was very good. He is professional and patient which I appreciate, attentive too. The test drive and purchase went smoothly as a result.
I recently had an issue with some missing items and a documentation error after purchasing a Tesla. However, after contacting the management, Jorden took full responsibility and handled the situation professionally. I visited the dealership yesterday, and he provided the original Tesla charging cables and USB drive as promised. It is rare to see such great after-sales support and commitment to customer satisfaction. I am now waiting for the final V5C update, but I am very confident in their service. Highly recommended for their honesty and professional management.
I bought a used car from Manamanx today. I viewed it a week ago and they satisfactorily attended to a number of minor points I had highlighted. The salesman (Kordian) was great. He is very knowledgeable and professional, not pushy at all. I test drove it, was given the key and allowed to spend as much time as I liked looking over it on my own. They have a lovely selection of cars and I will visit them again when I am buying another car for my family (we are a 3 car family). A very pleasurable experience from start to finish. Thank you Kordian and Manamanx.
Professional approach from Steve, took us through the trade in and purchasing with ease. very helpful and knowledgable sorting out finance. Great from start to finish.
Thank you
Andy was great sold us our car nice and easy
I recently purchased a vehicle from Manamanx. My sales executive was Simon, who made the entire experience positive. Simon arranged for a selection of cars to be put in the showroom that were ready when I arrived at the appointment.
He was very knowledgeable around both cars and was keen to answer any questions I had. I ended up buying one of the cars and Simon talked me through all of the options around the three year warranty, synthetic coating and shine protect. His knowledge and delivery of the products, but still without being pushy, filled us with confidence and we happily decided to go for these.
Simon then arranged for all of the preparation of the car to be completed within 48 hours, to fit in with our wishes. This was very impressive and meant my car was ready for a lovely smooth collection within two days. Thank you Simon you were amazing.
Had a great experience with Simon buying my beautiful Mercedes. Everything was very smoothy as well explained, no pressure at all! Very happy. Thank You
Extremely disappointing experience — we would not recommend this dealership
We purchased a 5-year-old Volvo XC90 from Manamanx in Aldermaston. At the time of purchase, the vehicle appeared to be in good condition and was presented to us as a reliable used vehicle. Unfortunately, our experience after the sale was very different.
After taking the car to Volvo for a second opinion, several faults were identified, as well as a crack in the windscreen. The air-conditioning refrigerant was also completely empty, which raised serious questions for us about whether the vehicle had actually been properly inspected or tested before being sold.
After several discussions and, in our view, a number of contradictions from the dealership, they eventually agreed to carry out repairs. However, they kept our vehicle for more than two weeks. The replacement vehicle provided to us was far from like-for-like and, in our opinion, did not feel safe to drive. It made very loud noises, particularly when turning the steering wheel.
When our XC90 was eventually returned, we later discovered that one of the mirror casings had been damaged. We did not notice the problem immediately, but approximately a week later, when the mirror folded, it started damaging the door. The dealership denied responsibility. However, given the condition of the mirror and the fact that the mirror heating sensor had also developed a fault, we believe the damage may have occurred during attempted repair or replacement ( Volvo is now investigating this as there was no hit)
After the vehicle was recovered again, further damage was caused and, instead of properly resolving the issue, a piece of rubber was fitted around the mirror. This is an approximately £800 mirror, so this was extremely disappointing.
Despite repeatedly asking, the dealership also refused to provide us with inspection or testing reports relating to the vehicle or the work they claimed had been carried out.
Then, only around few weeks later after Manamanx returned the vehicle the oil pressure warning sign appeared on bord. We were forced to make a claim through the warranty package that had been sold to us with the vehicle. This warranty did not covered the wet belt replacement and we ended up paying ourselves. Do not buy any warranties with the car is a scam. That warranty has a million exclusions. there are warranties that accepting the repairs over the phone in 5 min and the warranty the dealership shod to us, we waited 1 months for them to end up with a refusal. Avoid
There are also serious concerns regarding the subsequent repair. Garage reports and a recent Volvo report indicate that the oil pump was replaced, but the wet belt was apparently not replaced. The belt subsequently shredded only a few weeks later. We have raised concerns about whether the correct oil was used and whether the repair was carried out correctly, given the manufacturer's maintenance requirements. These matters are now part of our ongoing dispute.
Throughout this experience, we have felt that once the sale was completed, the level of care and accountability changed considerably. At one point, when we raised our concerns, the response we received was essentially: “You bought a second-hand car — what do you expect?”
We have owned used cars before and completely understand that buying a second-hand vehicle carries some risk. What we do not expect is a vehicle developing repeated serious problems shortly after purchase, spending weeks in garages, questionable repairs, damage occurring while the vehicle is in the dealership's/recovery's care, and then having responsibility repeatedly denied.
Another point we believe potential customers should be aware of is that, according to the information available to us, the business previously traded under a different company name and has since changed its name. Customers may therefore wish to do their own checks and satisfy themselves that they fully understand who they are purchasing from.
In total, during the first six months of ownership, our XC90 has spent more time being repaired or investigated than we have been able to enjoy driving it.
We initially thought we had found a good-value vehicle. Instead, this has turned into an extremely stressful and disappointing experience.
Based on our experience, we cannot recommend Manamanx. Potential customers should carry out thorough independent inspections and checks before purchasing, and should carefully consider the dealership's after-sales support and warranty arrangements.
We sincerely hope our experience is unusual, but we would not purchase another vehicle from this dealership.

excellent service, would highly recommend to family and friends.
the process of buying a car was done very smoothly with care and patience.
Simon was very helpful and informative in helping us through the buying process. I would buy from Manamanx again
Excellent customer service from Simon when purchasing new vehicle. Everything explained very well.
I bought a Model Y from Manamax last week and collected it on Saturday. I have had a very good experience so far. I struck a deal for a Tesla Model Y, and I also paid for a full AA inspection. I dealt with Simon who was knowledgeable and very helpful. He mentioned when I viewed the car, it was requiring some prep work which was agreed on the deal, and the car on collection was really lovely and all of things I had asked for had been taken care of and the car was ready to go with a few extras being done at no cost to me. I felt like Simon wanted to make sure I had a good experience with Manamanx, and I can’t fault them really for the customer service. I’ve only had the car a few days, and time will tell, but so far, I can only give 5 stars and will recommend them to friends and family. Thanks Simon.
