I ordered a Yuka 1500 robotic lawnmower with a collection basket from Mammotion with great expectations that a robotic lawnmower that not only mulches but also collects the cut grass has finally hit the market. I must admit that after a month of testing, I was pleasantly surprised that everything works according to the declared reviews. In my opinion and experience as a garden implementer, the way to a perfect lawn is in robotic lawnmowers with collection. Good job from Mammotion.

I was looking for a robotic lawn mower that could mow my 34 degree sloped back lawn. After much research I decided to get the Mammation Luba Mini AWD. I was a bit skeptical about the claims of it being able to mow more than my 34 degree slope, and I had never heard of Mammotion, but relying on the many good reviews I decided to get one. Now after a couple of months of use I am very glad I did. It has done a very good job of mowing my sloped and flat lawns. I've contacted Mammotion technical support for a minor issue, and I found them to be very good about resolving the issue, and follow up. Overall a good product with good customer service.

I’ve been using my Luba 2 mower for more than a year now, and I’m very impressed with its performance. It handles the lawn cuts well, and pays for itself as my mower service wanted $40 each time. The setup is straightforward for me, and it runs consistently.

What really stands out is the support team. I had a minor issue during manual mowing, it was randomly adjusting height, and their response was quick, we collected logs and necessary info and we decided to ship Luba for maintenance, label was provided by Mammotion. It’s rare to find both a solid product and such reliable customer service together.

Overall I am happy with Luba 2 it surely is a smart investment and nice toy to have, a lot of people are stopping by and showing interest.

I was having motor problems from the first time I used it. I thought I could overcome the Errors myself with good programing. Then I had some Location trouble so I decided to write Mammotion. This takes patients because they answer emails while the US sleeps so you loose a day every time. The bright side of all this was really cool. The tech had me send him the error log and with that they were able to diagnose the problems and from what I could tell fix most of the problems through the internet. I still needed to send it in for repair or replacement which also takes time but I didn't have to send it to china only California. In the end Mammotion acted appropriately for me The Customer which is all I ever want.

I live on a severe hillside and have always had trouble with a few spots where it gets very steep. This mower has no issues with the slopes whatsoever. I love this mower. It does a great job and has saved me time and risk of injury for two years now. It’s easy to clean and maintain. There are times when it rips up the grass a bit when it turns however the benefits far outweigh the downside. I would definitely recommend getting one.

i have about 1/2 acre to mow. i wanted to be able to control the height of the cut in several different areas. The areas are also not simple shapes. Assembling the Luba was straight forward. Then creating the area to mow was easy using the app. i opted for the iNavi NetRTK & this is excellent. The AWD of the Luba was perfect to navigate those areas on a slope & are a little wet. The machine is well built & the obstacle avoidance technology is superb, the robot just mows around the trees and with low hanging branches this is some much easier than hand moving.
My wife loves the fact it will do stripes rather than the random nature of other types of robot mowers.

I love my YUKA. Normal mowing and navigation in my complicated garden works very well. But I bought this little helper for his sweeper kit. Now that autumn is coming and the first leaves are falling I am very happy to see, that the collection of fallen leaves and dumping works as shown in the advertising. Now I am very happy to have no more of this disgusting work as my yuka is going to do that for me.

I have had my Luba 2 for over a year now. It is extremely easy to use. You do need to monitor it from time to time just to make sure it does not get stuck. I normally check the app every couple of hours it is cutting just to check it progress on days I know it is in tricky areas of my yard. I have a heavy wooded area it cuts once a week and small sticks and pinecones it will sometime get stuck on. Large branches that fall it can easily avoid. If you have an area that is prone to branches and pinecones falling I do recommend walking the area before the mower cuts it. Other than that, it is a workhorse, and I will admit the longer I have it the more I forget about it. 95% of the time it just cuts and does a good job.

The set up was fairly straightforward. Great no boundary wires and easy to set up different cutting zones. Have had the robot for 2 weeks and after getting familiar with the app it is very user friendly. After one cut my grass was the best it ever looked now ai don't require a heavy ride-on. No issues with GPS guidance.

Warranty. I have not been let down by the warranty in the US. Reached out via the tech line was given a shipping label with in 3 days and the turn around from the time it was shipped was less than 2 weeks.

I'm satisfied with my LUBA 2. The product and software are evolving, so some teething problems are understandable. Fortunately, support is always responsive to requests for assistance.
There are some things that could still be improved, but it's undoubtedly among the best on the market.

In cases where I have needed help with my Luba 800 awd, I have received a quick response and also a follow-up on my problem.
