We bought the little mower (mini 500) it arrived in exactly the time we were told. Set up was a breeze, It does chew through the little 2.5ah battery pretty quick but a quick chat with the online guys and it turns out the bigger battery from the 800 will fit the 500 so suggest that if your mowing 40m2 or more

Mower looks really nice, haven't hooked it up yet. Customer service was responsive, but it was difficult to talk to a human. They only have a 7 day price guarantee, so make sure to wait for sales as they won't match pricing if your product goes on sale after 7 days.

This product is excellent: it’s the best way to keep the garden in perfetto order without efforts. I really recommend it!

I had to send my mower in for repairs since it stopped changing the cutting height and was giving errors. They were understanding when it took me a while to get the mower to them and communicated with me when they received it and started working on it. When there was an issue with the repairs, they let me know that I had options to either wait for parts or get a new mower.

Purchased a Gen 1 machine just over 2 years ago for approx $3000. My 2-year warranty just expired (totally understand they don’t last forever). I was told after many back and forth emails that my machine was out of warranty and would need sent in for repair at my expense. I inquired how much, waited again for a delayed response from Mammotion. They said they no longer service my machine. Keep in mind this is less than a month outside of my 2-year warranty. I am not blessed with a $3000 paper weight that they refuse to fix. They were kind enough to offer me a 10% discount off a brand new machine. I think I’ll pass. If you are considering buying a machine from this company. Do some research on other brands that have a better warranty - and a company that at least still repairs them after 2 years. Definitely did not get my Return on Investment. Very disappointing. I would think you would do better Mammotion. :(

After seeing the Luba Mini in action, people need minute or two to accept that robot mowers have come this far. This little guy delivers everything as promised and more. The awd function is absolutely phenomenal, covering my steep hills without an issue. This is peak performance ladies and gentlemen.

Hello from another happy owner of a Yuka Mini 600!

Although I’m new to robotic lawn mowers, I have good experience with other robotic machinery (such as robot vacuum cleaners and robotic window cleaners) that make our lives easier.

The Yuka Mini is a great example of a value-for-money purchase with its user-friendly setup and excellent build quality and performance.

It might need a few tweaks to operate at full capacity (e.g., trimming closer to edges and navigating obstacles more accurately), but so far, it’s been great.

The only downside is that the iNavi service isn’t available in my region yet. Hopefully, this will change soon.

One technical detail that might be useful: my Yuka Mini 600 mows my 72-square-meter lawn in about 60 minutes with roughly 30% battery remaining. It suits my needs perfectly.

I have eight Luba 2 2024 and 2025 mowers cutting 12 acres and don’t think there is a better robot mower out there. The product is well built, the lawns look amazing, improved hardware designs are incorporated into the product every year, and the customer care department is very responsive. I have had to send in several mowers for repair, and the process is generally painless. The turn around time for my most recent repair was three weeks which I find very respectable. Recently, they pushed a software update to one of my mowers that resolved a battery issue. These mowers take care and attention, but there is nothing better on the market at this point.

The setup is confusing. Wish there was a more informative video of explaining how each step works.

The prompt communication with the support team is top notch. When I was troubleshooting a problem I had with my Luba 2 AWD unit, the system seamlessly transitioned to an actual person which was very helpful. I didn’t have to ask. They are sending me a new power supply under my warranty coverage to address my charging issue.

I obtained a Yuka 1500 (2024) in August of 2024.
I also have two other brands of Robotic Mowers but the Mammotion Yuka is my favorite. It has operated nearly flawlessly for the last year with only minor problems that required Technical Support from Mammotion. In both cases, Mammotion responded to my needs very quickly and solved both issues with App and Firmware updates. In both of my cases, Customer Support was great.

The Mammotion service is great, also the Hardware, I used first a Luba 1 and now a Luba2 3000X, both are top.
I would buy it again

The robot looks great and makes the lawn look great as well. I did have some minor problems at first but it was mainly due to the poorly placed RTK antena and some software glitches that Mammotion quickly resolved and was really responsive all the time.

I contacted Mammotion with a question in regards to one of our robotic lawn mowers. The support was absolutely outstanding. The issue was resolved promptly and professionally. Both of our Mammotion lawn mowers have been a great asset to our home, especially this summer with it being a wet and hot summer. I would highly recommend Mammotion to others thinking of a robotic lawn mower.

I’ve been really impressed with the Mammotion Yuka 1000. The computer vision works well, even at night, which makes a huge difference compared to other mowers. The setup process was straightforward and relatively painless, and whenever I’ve had questions, customer support has been quick and responsive in helping resolve them. Overall, it’s been a reliable and well-designed product that I’d happily recommend.

How wrong I was. The Luba Mini is brilliant, it does exactly what I hoped for and more. It easily dealt with a quite steep bank and cuts two other areas of lawn to perfection.
