I bought a crown from Malka and it has genuinely become one of my favourite pieces. Great customer service and very communicative, answering my questions before I even purchased. Once I purchased, shipping was surprisingly fast, coming from the UK to the States, rather seamless. And once my order arrived, it was wrapped with care, a handwritten note (sweet touch) was included, and it was just as pictured online.

I’d been following this brand on Instagram for a while and was really excited to finally try their hair turbans. I ordered the "Sanya" and "Mama Cacao" styles. Unfortunately, communication was slow—I didn’t hear anything for 8 days and only got an update after I emailed to follow up. When the turbans arrived, they were beautifully packaged, but there was a noticeable size difference between them, and I felt the quality didn’t match the price. I reached out and was told this was an exception; they offered a free returns label or an in-person exchange with styling tips at their next pop-up in my city. While I appreciated the gesture, I ultimately decided to return both items.

Beautiful head wrap buying as a gift. Contacted Sasha as took a while for it to arrive, she was quick to respond and resolved quickly. I already have 2 other wraps which I love. Easy to wrap for quick effortless style.

Terrible qualilty not worth a penny, wrong size scam!!! and charge to send back to china!

This should read Mika London not Malka London ,Absolute scam, sent for dress & mistakenly ordered 2, e mailed immediately but was told too late,products arrived, extremely inferior material & not at all as advertised ,emailed for return details, was asked to send photos of products & packaging which I did, got e mail offering another item of same value for £9.99p 😡 or accept 10% refund of total price, it's a joke, please do NOT use this site.

Sizing is way out. Mother ordered XL dress that was supposed to fit a size 16 and it doesn’t even fit me and I am a size 8 to 10. Yes you can return but postage to china was very high and not worth it. Stay away from this company. Good are not as advertised.

Avoid this company like the plaque!!!! Selling counterfeit goods, Hugo boss jumper clearly a fake, communication was good until I wanted a refund, they said they would refund 50% of the jumper purchased as I wasn't happy with receiving counterfeit goods, and still to this day not recieved my refund, wrote to ask how I send back for full refund and its now march 2nd and of course no refund and no response. Shocking!!!!! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY UNLESS YOU ARE HAPPY WITH COUNTERFEIT GOODS.

My experience with Malka London was excellent. Any time I needed an update on the progress of my order, it was handled in a timely manner with the utmost courtesy. The crowns are so well made with quality material and they are so unique and fashionable. I always get compliments when I wear them.

I wouldn’t even give them 1 star.ordered a Hugo Boss jumper before Christmas which came eventually and it was a fake and a bad one,with iron on print which would come off in the wash.i reached out to Maika who kept offering me a 60% discount which I refused I just wanted to return.They then said they would pass on to another department and then my emails were ignored. Fortunately I paid by Klarna but even they haven’t been very useful even though I showed photos to them.i then advised Klarna to read the reviews and stated to them it doesn’t look good them dealing with a company that sells counterfeit goods. Maika have still refused to respond to Klarna or myself and were nearly in March but yet this case still hasn’t been closed,just still on pause.Absolute shambles.Maika London….no Maika China

Absolutely disgusting company who never respond to emails! The jumper I ordered was of really poor quality and unwearable, despite numerous emails, they will not give me a refund. Please do not purchase from them, I am not the only person this has happened to!

Ordered a jumper and it was a fake knock off of a real brand. Was fooled by the advertising.
Was a nightmare trying to return and they offered a partial refund which I have never seen and it’s been 2 months!

I asked for a refund on a jumper that I ordered for my husband it was shocking so I wanted to send it back but i was offered only a partial refund, after lots of emails they offered me 60% of the cost of the item this was at the beginning of January, I am still waiting for the money to be refunded back to me after lots of emails telling me it takes 5/7 working days!! What a joke!! it's been nearly a month and still nothing!! Scammers do not buy!!!

I have been waiting two months for my return. Now not responding to emails. Please avoid this company.
