Product did what it said it would do.

Over all a great company to deal with. Customer support was good, but website was a little hard to understand. Products arrive in a timely manner and work well for me!

Great service

My experience has been ideal. The staff was able to direct me to the information I needed to make a good decision. Then the licensed professionals selected and approved the necessary medication to achieve my desired results. I will be a customer for life!

Fast convenient and safe medications.

I spent around $700 on their products, but they did nothing for me.

I am never a fan of subscription for products that I don't know may work. They should get rid of automatic renewal unless the customer prefer that plan as an option. I like the option one time purchase, see the results and effect, then continue to buy at will.

I needed to cancel a peptide subscription immediately after placing my very first order because I found out I couldn’t take it due to allergies. So, I emailed them immediately to cancel which then they told me it was canceled and I wouldn’t be billed. PERFECT!! However they billed my card 3 days later for $500 and I still received the canceled product. I emailed for a refund and they emailed to me “the order was agreed and fulfilled”… wow!!! I am -500 dollars and also with product I can’t take!! There customer support team is a joke and if there was some agreement fine print bs it’s set up in a predatory way you can’t back out.

MaleMD is very easy to use and navigate. Great customer service and very convenient to get prescriptions filled online.

I ordered a 3-month supply of medication from them. Nowhere did it say that this was a subscription. I was notified today that they were shipping three more months supply of the medication. I called them. They have refused to help me. I emailed them with no response. I would not purchase from them ever again. If you want customers to subscribe for reoccurring shipments then that should be a clear option. Don't be sneaky and automatically enroll us in reoccurring shipments without our knowledge.

Products dont work, much better products out there that are of way better quality. Customer Service is terrible and they will charge you even after you cancel. !00% you will regret ordering.

It’s works great every time

This company will cheat you. I signed up for an as needed service NOT a subscription. They got into my checking account even though I ordered nothing and I emailed them and told them we were done doing business. Months later they got into my checking account AGAIN even though I had ordered nothing, this time for $158. This caused me to be overdrawn at the bank. I had to go in and get overdraft protection removed from my card so this can’t happen again. The company will not give me a refund. I emailed to see if I returned the product unopened would they refund the money they stole, they would not. DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY. They will cheat you.
