It's often difficult to get a hold of someone. I also not sure if my prescription is actually working. The website is very clunky and not very secure I feel.

My experience with MaleMD was negative and exposed issues in operations, billing, and accountability.

The service started well. Onboarding was simple, and the telehealth model was efficient. That changed quickly.

A backend error processed multiple prescriptions in one week, resulting in about $1,000 in unintended charges. This was not user error. MaleMD acknowledged the issue, canceled some orders, and issued partial refunds. The resolution was incomplete and required effort to fix.

Despite this, MaleMD restricted the account due to a chargeback caused by their own error. When I attempted to continue as a customer, they stated the account was closed and no further action would be taken.

This shows a lack of ownership. Instead of resolving the issue and restoring the account, they enforced policy without context.

The subscription model is rigid. When issues occur, there is no path to recover, even when the fault is theirs.

MaleMD has a strong concept, but execution is unreliable. Billing safeguards, backend stability, and customer support need improvement.

I would not use this provider again. There are better alternatives with more reliable service.

The medications come on time and work as promised.

MaleMD messed up and sent me several orders of the same prescription. All in all they charged me $1000 worth of prescriptions. It was like a year supply where each bottle would expire in three months so 3/4 of the bottles were unusable.

They tried to get me to keep the bottles so they didn’t have to refund me, but I told them that the medication would expire by the time I had a chance to use it.

They realized the mistake. They were able to cancel 2 of the 4 orders before I received them. However, one of the orders continued and was delivered. It wasn’t cheap, they charged me. On the side of the bottle it said it would expire by the time I had an opportunity to use it.

I called them. They said they would refund me and for me to discard the bottle. After a month no refund. I called back and they gave me an attitude. I disputed it. They eventually agreed to refund the money again.

Here I am needing the medicine again and they are refusing to place an order because they said that there was a charge back. The chargeback was entirely due to their issues.

No offense, but what a pain in the @$$.

Simple, and easy process. Got exactly what I needed. And it was quick.
