Difficulty issuing a policy - Imagine if you need to make a claim!!!
Terrible service trying to get a policy from these guys. First they issue the wrong policy, issue it a day after I left the country, then advise me that they didn't charge me for the policy, then cancel my policy only to tell me they'll issue a new one.... on the day I am leaving, while at the check in deskt of the airline, they advise the new policy is still not issued and I need to go online and make payments/get a new policy. I am now travelling without travel insurance because I am scared to pay these guys for fear that I still won't be covered.
If this is how how they handle collecting policy premiums and issuing policies to their clients, I can only imagine the nightmare it must be to make a claim against them! Absolute loss of confidence and trust. #stressedandfrustrated
