COMPLETE SCAM

They are selling poor quality knock off items. in my case it was the Lorenzo Chandelier. In person the item has several different brass finishes and is poorly made. I reached out to them to request photos of the finish, which they sent. When I received it it was completely different. Also, I asked how long until it shipped and they said it would ship in a couple of days. It took weeks. I'm guessing they drop ship them or get them from overseas from a shoddy factory which is why it took so long. I sent them pictures of the poor quality and they kept insisting on providing a discount. I refused and said I just wanted to return the item. Then they stopped responding completely. I am dealing with a credit card dispute.
