I honestly didn’t expect this level of brightness. The beams are super sharp and fill my whole living room. Setup was easy and it reacts really well to music. Definitely worth it.
My package went missing. Not sure if it was delivered to wrong address or if someone took it off my porch. I called laserlamp and reported the incident and they immediately sent me out another unit and kept in touch with me, giving me the tracking inforamation for the replacement package.
We had some trouble with the USPS on the second delivery from them and they made it right after an easy email conversation. Will do business with them again.
