Appalling customer service, was meant to have received my order over 2 weeks ago. I had to chase this to be told so many different excuses. Requested a refund multiple times (including before the item was even printed) and they refuse to give me my money back! This company is a joke!!

Very disappointed with this company. I ordered a Valentine’s gift on 20th January. It still hasn’t arrived yet. I keep emailing and I keep getting excuses. Logistics information, not working at the moment etc. They said it should be dispatched this week but I am not very hopeful. I suggested a refund because there isn’t much point receiving the gift now! But they were having none of it!

Takes over a month to receive and there aren’t any updates when it will be here. Would not recommend.

I wouldn't even give 1 star!!! Ordered a valentines gift beginning of January. Did not receive item! Emailed asking for a refund so I could buy elsewhere as it was a gift! Just being told to be patient and getting different excuses every time! Avoid this company!!!! SCAM

Crooks! I ordered custom socks in December for a secret santa party. The socks never came! I emailed the company SEVERAL times inquiring and they kept saying to wait. In January they said they would give me 10% refund for the delay. I never received that... It is almost March and I never received the product or refund. Do not purchase their products. THEY ARE A SCAM!

If I could give them zero stars I would. It has been a month, and they can not even tell me any logistical information. Please do not order from this website.

Worst company ever,I put in an order at beginning off Feb and am still waiting,I've emailed several time but getting the same ridiculous email saying "be patient" and chatting about logisitcs I've now demanded a full refunded as it was a Valentine's gift.

This is a horrible company. I ordered on 01/20/20 and have not received any further information about my order. I emailed and have had no reply. I’m lucky I did not spend a lot of money here. I will probably never get my order.

Absolutely ridiculous, the worst customer service I've ever experienced. Placed an order on January, online it said 5-9 business days . Well here we are a month later I've still yet to receive what I ordered ( which was a Valentine's gift) . I've sent numerous emails ive gotten the same exact email on Feb 6 and than just today, stating they sent my order to logistics and was waiting on information. Not sure how the hell they are even in business, I've demanded full refund. They told me 10 percent.. definitely save your money because you won't get what you ordered anyhow

If you place an order with the company I am sorry. I ordered 3 items a month before I needed them the shipping speed is 10 business days. I still haven't received all of my items. I will not be using this website again.

Ordered valentines socks on jan 17th..today is feb 17th and have not rcvd..Vivi, from the company, ⁰and i corresponded..she told me to be patient..i requested a full refund and have a complaint through paypal....STAY AWAY

I would also give the company 0 stars if I could! We ordered 7 pairs of socks on January 14th. Still no sign of the order and the excuse that we were given is that it was a big order and it was turned over to shipping on February 4th.... I have to now figure out how to get the money back and find another gift!

AVOID.
No product received, no reply to any emails or communication regarding delay. Have got money back through Paypal but a waste of everyones time.

I have had the Same problems as everyone else on here, I ordered an item in January and got the same excuses and lies as everyone else who has reviewed on here.

when my order had not arrived, after sending 29 emails back and forth to this scam of a company, (yes I was that mad at them!!) I started a complaint with PayPal on 14th Feb to get my money back, early morning 15th Feb I have now got my refund back though paypal.

So my advice is don't waste your time sending emails to this fake company to get your money back, if you used PayPal go through them, or your bank.

But please Don't give up on getting your money back, this is what this company expects of you, good luck.

I ordered something to come for valentines day about 3 weeks before to give myself plently of time with the specified delivery times. After 9 days i emailed customer service to chase my order to be told that there is a delay due to the chinese still being on holiday due to the chinese new year but was assured i would definitely receive them before valentines. I did not receive them in time for valentines so i emailed them again asking for a refund... Only to be told that due to the corona virus outbreak there has been a further delay and they will dispatch them in another 2 weeks asking me to understand their losses of income at this difficult time. I am absolutely mortified and emailed back again to tell them not to send the item and to refund asap.. cannot believe that not only is it far too late for the date i needed it for but could also jeopardise my health in the process?! At this point the refund is far from the issue but just an awful service all round. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE

I would give zero stars but that’s not an option! Paid them £30,no communication, no refund and no customer service. I’m still waiting for my order and don’t know what option I have now 😔

DONT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY - Ordered on 25th January expecting to receive my item for Valentine’s Day (was meant to be a gift). Here we are on Valentine’s Day and I still haven’t received my order.

Emailed the customer service team (who have the worst grammar ever), their first excuse was that there is a delay because they are updating their logistics system.

Their second excuse is that they are on holiday due to the coronavirus outbreak and have offered to send me a copy of how they have cropped my picture? What use is that?

Extremely disappointed and I wouldn’t advise anyone to use this website.
