ORDERED MY PACKAGE A FEW WEEKS AGO AND UPGRADED THE SHIPPING TO GET EARLY. STILL DON'T HAVE FOR CHRISTMAS. THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM!!!!!! STAY AWAY!!! BUY FROM A REPUTABLE COMPANY! I SHOULD HAVE KNOWN TO BUY FROM SCAM ARTIST COMPANY. SHOULD HAVE SEEN THE SIGNS!!!

These inconsiderate pieces ruined Christmas for alot of people!!! JERKS!!!!!

UPDATE: Today is January 26th and they refuse to refund me and the product never arrived. I have paypal trying to help get my money back. Terrible customer service. I ended up buying from another company. Do NOT buy from them. I wish I would have read the reviews before placing my order on Dec. 8th. Just found out they LOST it in transit. I will not be receiving this in time for Xmas and was a special gift for my nephews that will now not get anything from their aunt. Terrible customer service. I am disgusted that a company in todays age can be so crappy.

I wish I had read reviews on how poorly this company runs its customer service. I ordered my gift December 2 in order to have it by Xmas, I even paid extra for faster shipping. It was supposed to be delivered no later than the 18th. I am now going on 3 weeks with no delivery insight. Messaged customer service last week and they said don’t worry it will be there before Xmas. Still nothing so I emailed them again and they told me I had to wait another 3 business days making me receive my order days past Xmas. Never again will I order from them and I urge anyone else not to either.

Love the pillows what a special memory of our puppy.

Horrible shipping! condescending customer service! Keep saying it will be there relax. Thank you for patience. It’s not here. I ordered over a month in advance and still haven’t received my 3 items. I asked for money back or re ship order then they stop returning emails. Super disappointed. Not a great company! Not reliable. Basically I got scammed for 3 gifts and now have to buy 3 gifts last minute. I gave them the opportunity to make it right before I made a review. But this experience has been extremely frustrating.

Placed my order on the 7th. Still hasn’t arrived. They have stopped answering my emails, and there is no number to call. This is an absolute scam. They won’t give me my money back. They sent me an app to track my package and it been sitting in the same spot for over a week now. I should have read the reviews before purchasing anything from here. What a shame.

Ordered on the 9th and it arrived on the 21st just in time for christmas. While the shipping did take time it’s understandable since every order is custom made. Quality was much better than expected and the item looks and feels amazing. Definitely would recommend this website, just make sure you order about two weeks before you want it.

Perfect gift for Christmas, products are really good quality and the printing is second to none! Very friendly and helpful company and I will strongly reccomend!

These socks arrived today and I am sooooooo excited to give them to my husband as a stocking stuffer! Their prices were so reasonable which made this affordable. I can’t wait to order more!

Worst service imaginable. Ordered my package a month ago and still haven’t received it. Every time I email them they tell me to “stop worrying” or “rest assured” that my package will arrive. Pathetic company, & please for the sake of yourself Do not order from them.

Very disappointed ordered their special three socks for the price of one for Christmas gifts .
After a month received only one pair when I wrote to them they did nothing except answer that's all I paid for.The shipping cost for 6.99 for one pair. Very deceiving. I was robbed!

I just received two pillows that cost $91. I ordered them for both my kids for a Christmas gift and what a joke they are!! They are so small it is disgusting and embarrassing!!!! It looks like a child made them !!! Do not ever ever order anything from this company. Absolutely awful

I ordered 2 pairs of socks for my nephews who each have their own cats. I thought this would be a cool and unique Christmas gift for them since they both love to wear different & crazy socks. I was a little skeptical of how they might turn out since both cats are calico. The one is a black calico. But I absolutely love how they turned out. I hope my nephews are as happy as I am with my pretty thoughtful gift. Since these two 🐱 🐈 are not the friendliest 🐈 unless you are my nephews.
I’m impressed with how well the pictures transferred over I’m thinking of ordering another pair for each of them and putting their sis’ face on them. I’m such a fun Auntie!

Ordered a 12” face pillow for a secret Santa gift, was nervous about it arriving on time but thankfully it arrived in just over 2 weeks, one day before the gift exchange. Turned out amazing, the picture was perfectly cut around his face. Would order from this business again.

I just wanted to say how happy I am with the quality and speed you guys completed my custom sock. Came out even better than I anticipated and amazed how much quicker than expected. It's making for a great gag gift for me.

I do not understand why reviews are so bad about them, I like everything they do.
