Still waiting for my order, no communication.

Placed an order on 1st December, only had order confirmation email, did not receive my item. There is no way to contact this company, the number is not working on their website and no one is responding to my emails, even the number on Trustpilot is not working, I think I might have been scammed here.

I have purchased two mobile phones from…

I have purchased two mobile phones from this company in the past. My current one Samsung note 10 was purchased about three years ago. The service I received when purchasing was excellent, I do look at the web site and will at some point purchase a placement.

Keep up the good work Major Mobiles, your prices are always competitive.

I am a retired person and my review is genuine.

Great fast service

Ordered at 10am on a Friday, arrived the next day. Excellent service and the best price I could find. I've used them twice now and had impeccable service both times.

Ordered a phone on the 21st november…

Ordered a phone on the 21st november and still hasn't arrived. None of the contact numbers don't work so I can't even speak to anyone about my order and check it is on its way. Can't track my order all it tells you is its on its way. Customer service pretty poor to be honest, I'll just carry on hoping it will turn up!?
