I had a couple of problems with a Majority radio I'd bought. There was nothing wrong with the radio, it's just that I struggle with things technical. The support team went much further than I could reasonably have expected to guide me through the solutions. The radio is brilliant, and the tech support even better.

After a lot of research I bought Homerton 2, loved it so much I bought another for a different room and gave away all my other HiFi units. On moving house 6 months ago I bought a third.
This is so compact, easily moveable and the sound is brilliant, especially if you have neighbours and don't want to be antisocial by playing your music too loud, the quality of sound doesn't deteriorate at lower volumes.
I love how you can connect to internet radio stations around the world when you don't have a p.c., plus I still have a large c.d collection and needed to be able to play them.

Approached this purchase with some trepidation, due to bad experience with a similarly purchased product from another supplier. However, I am pleased with the DVD 175. A good picture. Sound could be a little louder but, nonetheless, acceptable: nothing that a pair of headphones wont remedy.
It may be considered retro to purchase such an item, but I think there is a slow shift back to physical media due to corporate greed from companies such as Netflix etc.

Would have been 5* for the customer service via email if the troubleshooting section in the provided manual had included the ‘trick’. I’ll add that info here as it may help. Out of box only language option showed on screen. Double clicking Enter/Snooze got it working

I purchased a Majority Go MP3 Player a few days ago and love it! Easy to use, sound quality is great, and it holds a huge 15GB worth of music in addition to having a port for an SSD card for even more memory. The best thing, however, is the quality of the customer service. I had a small problem, emailed the support site and heard back within a matter of hours with the solution. Fantastic!!!!

I have recently replaced much of my audio system and was recommended to buy the Majority Fitzwilliam 2024 unit to replace my old radio tuner. Although it came with a very informative instruction book, I needed to clarify a couple of queries I had. I contacted Majority Audio and they came back to me extremely quickly with easy to understand answers. I was able to go ahead and install the unit and I am delighted with it.

Majority provided good service when I bought an item and I praised them accordingly. What made their service truly outstanding was when I subsequently had problems with the item. Their Technical Support was extremely helpful; and later, when it became clear a warranty replacement was needed, their response was again speedy, clear and concise, and provided a very satisfactory outcome with generous fast responses. I was looking for a reasonably priced soundbar and the Majority Naga 80 seemed to fit the bill, I am very pleased with my purchase, well made, easy to connect to my tv and great sound, everything you need was in the box, and when you register your product you can extend the warranty free of charge, lots of information on the Majority website to help you choose the right produce plus there are a lot of reviews online to check out.

Beware. Avoid.
I was given a Majority Fitzwilliam 3 for Christmas 2023. This product is manufactured in China and I would normally avoid buying any products whatsoever made in China due to the political situation there, but a tragic exception was made in this case. Mine ceased to work after merely 20 months and is now destined for the tip. It was offered with a 3 year warranty, provided it was registered within 30 days of purchase. Mine was bought as a Christmas present and sadly I overlooked its registration due to the festivities and then being on holiday. Despite pleading with the suppliers owing to the age of the unit they would not budge.
Check company status
Buy cheap, buy twice.
