Great designs and great customer support
Great products and great customer service. I find the designs very unique and bohemian. Ordered a few items from them and the delivery is always fast. Also made a return, which costs €9,95 with UPS and everything went well. Will be purchasing again for sure. (Also, love the way they describe the products :)

Purchased several items of clothing…
Purchased several items of clothing from Madison Hotel. After exchanging both pairs of pants one fit and I kept and the other did not and was returned with the original pair. Sever their customer service agent has not issued a refund and tried to send out another exchange. I did get the exchange stopped but despite emails explaining their mistake they have not acknowledged or issued the credit.

Worse than SheIn quality for like 100…
Worse than SheIn quality for like 100 times the price. The fabrics are suuuuper thin, loose threads, loose buttons and I can't imagine they would hold up even one wash without disintegrating. Only good thing I can say about the company was that it was easy to return and I got a full refund.

Terrible Service.
Terrible Service.
I returned a $250 shirt to the Maison Hotel Clothing Company, and the company REVER claimed the package was received, and my refund was added back into my credit card account on the 8th of October. They stated that I would see the refund in my account within 10 days. It is now 22nd October and I still haven't received the refund. I have emailed REVER multiple times, AND Maison Hotel, and neither has helped in any way. I have contacted my bank, and they confirm that no refund payment has been made.

Fast Delivery and Nice product
I ordered the Kalpana Jacket - Tutti Frutti on Monday August 5th and it arrived Thursday August 8th here in Denmark where I picked it up from a package machine. As far as I can tell the jacket is good quality and I'm happy with my purchase!
