Great design, poor quality
Great design.. and that's what you're paying for really. The price does not reflect garment quality or craftsmanship. I expressed this in detail to their customer service, who failed to realistically acknowledge my complaints with the material thread count or rough embroidery (and I even provided a comparison with a similar, less expensive shirt that was evidently better manufactured). I was offered a free return (otherwise 15€ had I not asked!) or a 20% discount code on future purchases - yeah right. I would have accepted a partial refund. I think the cost:production ratio needs a revisit.
Spend your money elsewhere and don't be seduced by aesthetic.

discovered Maison Hotel a few months ago and I’ve already ordered a few pieces. The fabrics feel amazing, the prints are unique, and you can tell there’s real attention to detail in the craftsmanship.
Shipping was smooth and everything arrived nicely packaged. I also reached out to customer service once with a sizing question and they were super kind and helpful.
Overall, I’m really impressed, it’s one of those brands that makes you feel special when you wear their clothes. Totally recommend it!

Rubbish! Both clothes and service. Rip off!
Clothes clearly come in from China, the coat I ordered had no label or tag, it arrived in a torn plastic mail bag, the quality is dreadful. I want to return and they are arguing (send pics etc) trying to offer me a small refund and keep the coat rather than an expensive return which I would have to pay for….I should have checked the reviews. Do not touch with a barge pole. I will take the minor refund and put the coat in the charity bag. Lesson learned.

If I could give 0 stars I would. The quality is worse than what you’d expect from a very cheap shop. Ordered 2 pairs of boots and had to send countless emails In order to return them. Then keep getting offered partial refunds, why wouldn’t you want a partial refund when you don’t want the items cause they don’t fit and the quality is terrible!! Will never purchase from here again.

Beautiful clothing but terrible customer service in their Madrid store. Both times I went in I was left with a bad taste and feeling. Which is a shame because I love their clothes and if it wasn’t for the stuck up and unwelcoming service I would have bought a lot more. Will not be going back. Beautiful, lightweight clothing and great service
The blouses and dresses from MAISON Hotel are so comfortable to wear, soft light fabrics with beautiful prints. Easy to pair with jeans, or perfect as a dress for the beach, city strolls, or a party. Very versatile and wearable across seasons. The collection is not huge, which makes it nicely curated and easy to browse. The website works well, and returns are processed quickly if needed. Very happy overall!

Gorgeous clothes delivered quickly with great customer service
I have looked at clothes from this brand for maybe two years and always thought they look so beautiful. They aren’t cheap and the fact they ship from abroad means there’s a minimum order value that always made me hesitant. Say I didn’t like them would a refund take ages would there be costs to return etc.
I recently bit the bullet and ordered a top and dress. The top was ready to ship but the dress was a pre order so would take time. I got in touch and they split the order up so the top could leave early. It arrived really promptly and the quality was gorgeous. You get what you pay for and I can see me wearing it over and over for years, beautiful.
The dress was due to come by the end of July I got an email a couple of days ago to say it had dispatched. Again it arrived so quickly and it’s a knock out. Couldn’t be happier and I’m now confident that a purchase with them is not a hassle and the clothes are lovely.
Really nice customer service from Alicia who arranged to ship my first item separately. Thank you!

It’s a lovely dress in theory
It’s a lovely dress in theory - in practice the design around the bust is terrible, with the cups being big enough to fit maybe a size A despite the dress being a large and the size guide allowing for up to 99cm bust. The returns policy is also shocking - 15 euros to return something from the UK. I won’t be a repeat customer.

Poor quality clothing
Poor quality clothing, returned a top which had buttons falling off upon arrival and disappointed with the sizing. £12 postage to return and I’ve been waiting almost a week for a refund and keep getting strange emails from the company about them not having my bank details so they can’t issue me a refund until I provide them (which I have done three times!) very frustrating. I was considering buying more but I certainly won’t bother now nor would I recommend buying anything from this site. Items I kept have threads coming out and buttons that look lose.

Boho Heaven
I ordered a blouse towards the end last week and it arrived today! So fast, considering yesterday (Monday) was a bank holiday here. The blouse is gorgeous! Beautiful colours and so unique. I love it. Poor quality dress costing £150, then had £13 deducted for return postage
Bought a dress for almost £150, what arrived was poor, cheap quality. When I went to send back they deducted £13 for return postage (!), I was then required to print off 3 copies of the invoice for customs and needed to buy the required clear wallet to attach those invoices to the outside of the package. Not good, won’t be buying from them again.

Very expensive & complicated returns
Quite nice but expensive clothes and definitely not suited to UK weather. Be aware that returns are international and therefore very expensive. £13 to return a jacket, and as no paperwork included had to print off customs forms etc and attach to outside of parcel in ‘clear plastic’. Lots of instructions and no help at all. Just hope my refund comes through.
