A one stop shop for collectors!

As a collector of watches, I stumbled on this website & found some very nice watches.
I bought two Nubeo timepieces, the Ventana in the green, a gorgeous watch & one that I bought in the Black Friday deals, the commander (yellow) 'Star Trek'. Looks like a novelty watch but it sooooo isn't, a proper head turner, both are built like a tank!
Both arrived in good time, so a good service overall!

Avi 8 double up

Bought two watches ( both Avi 8's) over the Black Friday period for very good discounted prices. Incredibly quick dispatch and delivery. Can't fault Mainspring so far.

Smart timepieces, great service

Prompt, efficient service at a great price. You are made aware at the outset how long it may take to dispatch your purchase, some within 3 working days, others may be 10 working days, but it is always worth the wait.

Awful company

I got a reply from mainspring boutique saying they were sorry that I was still dissatisfied and that it was due to a delay by DPD which I am dealing with separately, they got the watch back on Monday the 10/11/2025 and issued a refund yesterday the 11/11/2025 which is still not in my bank account as yet, may i remind them that I have spent an awful amount of money with them over a period of time and this is how they treat me, if they treat every customer the same they won’t have any left, I now deal with other companies that offer excellent prices and superb customer service, avoid this company at all costs because there’s an awful lot better out there.

Appears to be a complete scam

Appears to be a complete scam. Slow to respond to emails - excuses given but no action. Their only phoneline is a premium rate line that they dont even answer so you get charged to hear a message saying that there is nobody there! At best shocking customer service and at worst a complete scam from start to finish. Now I have to try to get my money back. Wish me luck.
