The Maidesite Desk SC2 Pro (180cm) is overall a solid desk with a few notable drawbacks.
On the positive side, it looks very modern and clean, and the build feels sturdy in normal use. Stability is good up to around 80cm in height—there’s very little movement at that level. Even above that, while it does start to get a bit wobbly, it’s nothing too severe and still usable.
However, there are some clear issues. The surface is extremely prone to fingerprints—anywhere you touch shows marks, which quickly takes away from the clean look unless you’re constantly wiping it down.
The desktop comes in three pieces, and unfortunately one section doesn’t align perfectly. At the front edge, there’s about a 1mm mismatch, which is noticeable and disappointing for a desk at this level.
Assembly also has flaws. The pre-drilled holes for the power supply block don’t line up properly, making installation more difficult than it should be.
A bigger concern is safety. It appears there is no effective anti-collision system. While adjusting the height, the desk lowered onto my legs and didn’t stop—it just kept going down to 62cm. That’s a serious oversight and something to be aware of.
In summary, it’s a good-looking and generally stable desk with decent performance, but issues with alignment, finish, assembly, and especially safety hold it back.

Maidesite T2 Pro - Electric Stand Up Desk Frame
Purchased 07/23 My friend built me a wood and resin desk top to fit the standing frame. I was concerned about the desk holding the weight of a heavey desk top and a large PPC moniter. My friends seven year old daughter sat on the desk and he operated it up and down with no problems. My post is because of a lost part (my fault) and the outstanding response from customer services) Highly Recommended

Desk arrived quickly and was pretty easy to put together too. An electric screwdriver helped!

Bought a new standing desk, did a bit of research and found Maidesite came highly recommended. Decided to go with a standing desk with 4 legs for stability. From the start, the whole process was straight forward, the website really helped me choose which desk set up to get and suggested tabletops.
It gave a delivery window that worked for me too, though it actually was ready for delivery 1 day earlier than the window. Thankfully I was able to delay the delivery.
Once I was ready to set it up, we opened all the boxes and found some easy to use instructions along with tools and a few extra bits.
It was super easy to put together and follow the instructions, however I will note that the tools provided aren't the best so I would provide your own allen key and philips screwdriver for the best experince.
The controls are easy to use and set up too and overall it's a great desl!

The product was competively priced and is exactly as described on the website. Delivery was as expected and the product was well packaged and delivered safely at the time promised. The instructions were easy to follow and I now have a great, height adjustable desk that feels strong and steady. Impressive product. Thank you.

What a great experience. I ordered a desk, which in the end I did not need, and so had to return. The returns process was super simple (I had expected it to be tricky with such a heavy item). The comms from the customer service team was superb. Even when the return went a bit wrong (the courier lost the package) - there was no quibbling from MaidesiteUK, and the refund was processed. The value of this desk is exactly what I had wanted. Sturdy quality, workmanship the desktop piece looks and feels sound. Instructions are good and the delivery although quoted 3-4 working days...arrived next day extremely well packaged despite the rough delivery handling. An extremely sound investment.

There was a problem with the local courier, but Maidesite Support kept me up to date, and replied to all my messages promptly and helpfully. They were very helpful.

The desk itself is excellent. Assembly was straightforward and it works smoothly and quietly, while looking modern and stylish. Very sturdy.

I'm very satisfied with the whole experience and would recommend. I hope to order another when I get around to redoing another room!

I purchased the T2Pro desk riser and fitted it to an existing desk top. First impressions were that it was very well packed. The build quality of the metalwork was excellent. There were numerous added bits that helped with the construction including spare screws and nuts. Cable ties and a cable tidy were included. Pretty much everything had been thought about. I ordered a legs and a desktop, however DHL only delivered the legs and seemed to have lost the desktop - the tracking was stuck on "partially delivered" for a week and they wouldn't give me an update. Maidesite customer service were very responsive, and after a few days of back and forth between them and DHL, they immediately sent me a replacement desktop which was delivered the next day.

Simple instructions and a very smooth operation. The desk frame and motor are of a good quality and I look forward to years of reliable use

I ordered a T2 pro frame. I have had it set up since April 2025. I think it's a great product and I would highly recommend it. Straight forward to assemble and attach to my worktop. Sturdy and reliable no issues at all so far.

Fantastic company. Colour wasn’t quite as shown in photo, so ordered a replacement which arrived promptly and the other picked up for return swiftly and refund processed. Highly recommend and product quality is great.

*update* Although my original order unfortunately got lost in shipping, I have to praise Maidesite for the way they handled the situation. From the moment I raised my concerns, their customer service was quick, professional, and genuinely caring.

They investigated the issue thoroughly, kept me informed, and arranged a full refund without any hassle. What really impressed me was their honesty and commitment — they even reassured me that if the desk somehow still arrived, they would organise a free pickup so I wouldn’t be inconvenienced.

While it was disappointing not to receive the desk this time, I feel confident ordering from Maidesite again in the future because I know they stand by their customers and resolve problems with integrity. Excellent service, highly recommended. (Also Maidesite could I keep the desk if it turns up 😂😂)

Great service from ordering to delivery. Very pleased with my purchase of the T2 Pro max grey desk frame with black desk top. Excellent quality, easy to assemble and makes for a very sturdy standing desk. I love the piano key style controller so unique with the light up keys. New to the Maidesite brand but what great quality and service I highly recommend this brand. Will be buying from them again.

Writing this after 15 months of use.

Bought the T1 basic frame as I already had a desk that matched the rest of the office furniture.

Assembly took longer than stated on the instructions but the instructions were pretty clear, just took some time to keep checking everything was the right way round.

Programming the preset heights took a long time. The instructions provided in the box didn't work but I worked it out by googling similar products until I found the correct instructions.

15 months on, everything works perfectly. I probably raise and lower the desk 3 or 4 times per week. The regulator is smooth and accurate.

I am so impressed I have recommended Maidesite products to friends, family and colleagues.
