I got £100 taken from a scratch that I am not sure I put there and was probably confused by the guy that did the first check as being dirt... They caught me being late for my flight and literally stole from my deposit. It doesn't matter that you are a long time customer, they do not even want to build a relationship with their customers, all they want is to take that little bit that they can. This is not how you grow as a company...
