Magnolia Box Reviews 

The packaging which arrived with my poster of Tissot's The Bridesmaid was lovely and the poster was lovely too. The material of it is superb. Having seen the original in the archives of Leeds Art Gallery I can see the differences but no copy can capture everything. It's going to look great on my wall when it's framed. I love it and all his paintings. My friends have been intrigued with all the detail found on the poster. My old one has gone blue after 21 years so I'm happy with its replacement. Thank you.

I ordered a gift card. It took 9 working days to arrive which was disappointing. The quality of the card however was very good. The card was a print of an oil painting from a local museum collection but did not state the name of the painting, painter, or the date. That would be a useful thing to add to the bottom outer of the cards.

I expected to have a longer wait for print to turn up so was pleased with that, the print was the correct size and lovely quality, everything I hoped it to be. Thank you!

Picture of Laxey Wheel was not mounted properly, the words explaining were half hidden. Very disappointing.

Magnolia Box has been very responsive to my earlier complaint. The details are in the earlier version of this review, which had only one star, as I was very upset. You can see by their response that some malicious actor got ahold of their credentials and targeted my Redbubble Shop (Noveltyverse). Today I received a notice from Redbubble that both of my Van Gogh's are, in fact, not Magnolia Box's copyright, and I'm certain the letter Magnolia Box sent on behalf of me (and others affected, I imagine) made it happen much faster than it otherwise would. FIVE STARS!

This company claims copyright violations on public domain art and has shut down some of my offerings on Redbubble - horrendous!
Update: The company has asked for Trustpilot to take this review down, but I am fighting it. I wish I could upload a screenshot of Redbubble's email telling them Magnolia Box claimed"Irises" & "Cafe Terrace at Night" by Vincent Van Gogh was their intellectual property because I would.
Further Edit: I've received Magnolia Box's reply which seems reasonable. When Redbubble responds and reinstates my products, this review will disappear [8/22/23 edit: Decided not to "disappear" this, instead making it 5 stars - MB can have it down upon request, but it's a good lesson for all of us]. I am not any part of a "coordinated" anything and resent the inclusion. Magnolia box seems to have lost control of their own email, and it is reviews like this that seem to get their attention. Not my fault, but they made it my problem.
