Poor delivery service.
The card arrived a week after our nephews birthday.

Brilliant customer services,quick response and brilliant communication. Had a couple of issues but through no fault of their company (delivery driver hell haha) and the issues were quickly solved,and with generosity and care. I would always buy from their company,reliable and first class service all round.

Great photo of a falcon that my grandson was delighted with. He has it framed on his bedroom wall.

Fabulous and huge (120cm x 80cm). Colour is true to the original and crsply printed, and it's in a smart classy modern frame. It makes my heart sing to look at it! I have lots of original art but I know not to hang those over a radiator - so that's where this one is going. It feels good value too, about the same cost as a really good night out. The one thing that would have made it even better is a couple of screw eyes and a length of cord, and maybe George Clooney to give me a hand putting it up.

A particularly good quality print arrived quickly. The carefully rolled copy of a painting was in perfect condition on good quality paper. The website was informative and easy to use. I was able to order the correct size print, using top quality inks and an appropriate border. There was an online facility to ask questions and my query was answered clearly and almost immediately. Good price too. I will definitely use Magnolia again.

The ordered canvas is beautiful, it surpassed my expectations.

It's been wonderful over the years knowing I can always find an excellent framed print of a painting I've been looking for but recently the courier company (I'm sure you know which one...!) let me down over some postcards. I was offered a refund after two weeks of no show but when the packet turned up a week later and I offered to pay again I was invited to enjoy my cards as a gesture of good will. I hadn't used Magnolia Box before and needed an important gift in a hurry. My whole experience was brilliant - easy to use website, products that I wanted, good value for money. Despite my order coming scarily close to Christmas it was shipped instantly and arrived soon after. Print is high quality and nicely framed. Also excellent customer service, with my queries answered promptly and helpfully. I would definitely recommend.

After buying some prints from Magnolia box i was immediately impressed with the quality and the price for said quality. There was a piece by an artist that wasn't on the website, but their other pieces were. I shot them an email, and Vincent and the team he worked with made my request come to life it was such a nice thing to do, as they really didn't have to go to the effort to do that for me. Very impressed, will continue to buy from this site for future prints 5 stars!

I ordered a fine art print of the USS United States entering Southampton Docks for my 94 year old father as a Christmas present (he used to work in the docks and the ship was his favourite).
Delivery was prompt and the packaging good, unfortunately - (and this was no fault of Magnoliabox) - the quality of the original photographic negative was poor, so the print suffered accordingly. Vincent from the Magnoliabox customer care team was brilliant - responding to my initial review very quickly and offered me a reprint. When it was established this would not resolve the issue involving the print quality he fully refunded my purchase. This is clearly a business who care about their customers: Many thanks.

Ordered 3 framed prints from Magnolia Box during the busy Christmas period. They were generated and dispatched promptly, although one of the prints was lost in transit by DPD. I reported this immediately to Magnolia Box and a replacement print was sent out promptly and arrived in time for Christmas (thanks Vincent).
All-in-all excellent service and I would use them again.
