I ordered a paint touch up pen for my MG5. I gave the registration number as requested, and waited.
Almost 2 weeks later, a paint pen arrived.
My car is metallic blue...they sent RED!
Notified them of the error. Very apologetic, sent a replacement pen, which was blue...DARK BLUE and not remotely similar to the metallic blue of my car.
So...I gave up. I will now go to a competant paint shop to get an exact colour match, which is probably what I should have done i the first place.
£18 down, but I'll take the hit to get the job done properly by somebody who knows what they're doing!
Disappointed.

Provided Reg, email received asking for VIN screenshot as they couldn't locate the paint.
VIN screenshot taken, paint turned up by slow post, paint not even remotely the same colour.
Emailed company asking for refund or correct paint, again asked for screenshot of VIN, sent again complete with photo showing paint they sent next to my car.

Emailed me back asking for screenshot of paint they sent me, screenshot sent.

Result life force slowly draining from me for what should have been a simple paint match for a touch up stick.

Update

Sent all my details vin plate, make model etc, first paint I received was incorrect, after several long winded emails they sent a replacement paint, this one wasn't even for the correct make of vehicle and instead of a silver paint I got green.

So after a first failed attempt, the second attempt was even worse.

I have to give 1 star but to be honest wrong paint on 2 attempts it's a zero.

Can I recommend this company, definitely not based on service received.

brilliant paint. Sent my registration number. Couldnt believe how well it covered the scratches on my Ford Fiesta made it look like new. Me and my family were impressed, so easy to apply.

what a waste of money, the paint colour is different to what the car colour is, don't waste your money on this company. Took the car and the paint to a body shop and they checked the colour to use and said it was nothing like the colour.

Ordered paint with registration number, they sent the paint promptly, sprayed the part went to fix to the car only to find it was the wrong colour, if they needed the paint code they should have asked for it instead of sending the wrong paint. Spoke to someone via email whom I can only say was totally clueless, sent them all the info they asked for, paint code, picture of car, even the Vin number for them to say they can’t guarantee I’d still get the correct paint! Think it might have been the fact that I asked for a can of primer with the correct paint as a curtesy for their mistake. What an unprofessional company! Stay away! They processed my refund promptly, that’s the one star.
Should have just gone to Halfords.

I had asked few issues with my order and refund. They were able to support me and help me solve the issue. The colour match is also great too!

Ps. I'd say avoid the primer, because it's white and may make the outcome worse. Depending on the colour of your car of course! But overall, it's very fixable.

Refused refund - despite the fact I contacted the company and returned the item as they described. They denied receiving the return stating the issue was with Klana. The customer service was really poor - I would never use this company again.

Great auto paint product, very proactive and personalised interactions to ensure the match was exact.

Well packaged, good quality paint, quick delivery, ordering by reg no. is very helpful; used paint to touch up both car and van (inc re-sealing very heavily sunburned car roof, avoiding partial respray, I am still congratulating myself on that one)

I am happy and pleased with my purchase. At first I was doubting if the product will really do justice but lo and behold I did apply it and the unfortunate mark on my car disappeared. Didn’t even look like there was a scratch.

It was easy to receive the exact colour match gave them the colour code and the spray tin was delivered in quick time

I bought this to paint the bellypan of my Kawasaki. Colour was a perfect match. Easy to apply, no runs.

Oh dear. Placed an order over two weeks ago. No response. Chased this week by email to receive same as others, a query on paint code and requesting VIN. That I sent and no response. Chased again earlier today and now receive a response that email address not recognised. It’s the exact same email address. I’ll be disputing with my CC to get money back and would suggest others go elsewhere based on this experience.

After sales service not good at all. I’ve ordered form here once before and had a good experience. This time I sent the correct code , they couldn’t find the paint 11 days later they ask me for the vin and paint code, so I send them a picture of the car , the vin and the code picture form the side of the door on my 2025 jeep. Wait to be only told still struggling and can I send a picture. Referred (Michelle) to the email I sent a week earlier clearly with about 4 different pictures of the car, waited a week to be sent a completely different colour!. Sent an email again with the pictures, they take an average 4 days to reply to any email, to be told sorry and sending a new one.. they do and it’s wrong again. Quick google I found it myself and ordered from a. Competitor and it arrived and it’s correct and perfect.. I’m still waiting for them to explain why , but rather than that they processed a refund. Awful after service and a shame s I recommended them to lots of car valeters and won’t be from now on

Very poor service. Ordered multiple items on the 26th for an express delivery, nothing ever arrived. Chased order and was told " very sorry, we will despatch next day".
We are now 9 days later and still no delivery.
Total days from order 17days and nothing arrived.
Order now cancelled.
I will not be using again.

Madpaints matched my colour of car wonderfully, they text me to show how to get the right match so super helpful. Paint came quickly and was a perfect match .will definitely use them again and recommend to friends

I'm not sure why my order has seemed so problematic to them their processes and communication are not providing a good customer service experience. I can only presume the product will be ok if and when I ever receive it, however I have also requested a full refund which doesn't seem forthcoming either!!
