First session use was great. Simple video tutorials in each recovery period meant i understood the next action and began easily with each change. Great experience and hurting looking forward to the recovery day walk tomorrow.

Well it goes pretty quick and trys ti feel bunch if other stuff, wish the meal planning and coach was included in the initial price, but I think I got it done right. I went through and paid and then it had me download an app and I just did my first workout. So I guess im on my way. So far so good. Hopefully I got itnall goin right.
