The exercises are good, easy to do , till now.
But really Iis 8 minutes enough?
When are we going to start walking?

It's a kick ass workout I'm 69 years old and I haven't worked that hard since I was in the Marine corps so I know I'll get results anyway some of the things are harder than I can do but improvise doing girl push-ups versus man push-ups I can do man push-ups up to 10 but I can't do three sets yet All in all I am very pleased it's just what I expected a tough down-to-earth workout

I like that you are really getting my heart going. And it feels great. I am seventy three with both knee replacements , so I have to really watch the jumping. I love it but I just need to be careful. Are there exercises that I can do to get me ready or just me doing my modifications and keep going? I'm wondering what I should do.

It looks very interesting but first exercices are very complicated for somebody who never did anything. You should detail more slowly for peoples like me and second I don't find the time, but with only 0,99 the second moth I'll make another try its fair thank you

I love the work outs.It took me a minute to get used to the fluctuations from an hour one week and 10 minutes the next, but I think I understand why. Now I expect it and can plan,however sometimes it’s hard to get in the hour depending on my schedule.
