Just bought my second identical pair as I love them so much. Such great customer service and quality products.

This was the first time I have brought glasses online before. Mad About Specs was very helpful when I needed help with all the info to send them. And after everything was sorted the glasses arrived within a week. Would definitely use them again.

Efficient, friendly communications.

I was over the moon with the whole service from Mad About Specs. I find it difficult to find glasses that fits and suits me. The frames were described accurately on the website which saved me time. I was kept up to date with my order, so I'm very happy with my new specs!

Two pairs of glasses on each order as I just couldn’t decide what ones where my favourite but they are such good quality and style. Mad About Specs staff members are exceptional and are always available to answer questions or queries which is really good. If you’re not sure about ordering glasses online, DO IT, you will not regret it and you’ll never look back.

Love love the specs I’ve had. 3 pairs including my sunnies. Slight downside is the time it takes from order to arrive. Had to chase up both my orders

Love the style of my glasses and inputting my prescription was straight - forward. I'd also ordered the trial box before purchasing which arrived quickly. Customer service was friendly and helpful too!

Top frames, ace after sale customer care.

There are anomalies within their system - order process etc - and I ended up being charged more than I thought and blamed for the anomalies. Got a note to say I will received a credit for the difference and although I provided screenshots of where their process went wrong - never got acknowledgement from their side - or the rest of my refund.

First part of the process - slick and easy - glasses arrived fine, so that part of the process is good. But if you are a customer who has an issue - not so smooth.

Overall good process and good company but they need to improve their path in the ecommerce process when things don't work out as the proverbial "happy path'

I enjoyed the whole experience of the home try on kit and then ordering the glasses, it was super easy and I would definitely do it again. Glasses are great value and good quality.

Loved buying from Mad About Specs. Especially loved the glasses trial, it was easy to use and made me feel way more comfortable purchase. I was also kept up to date during all steps so I knew exactly where my glasses were up too. Would recommend to anyone looking to buy new glasses
