Fantastic customer service and High quality product.
Working on a special care baby unit i depend on my glasses to enable me to care for the premature babies in their incubators. When i inadvertantly lost my glasses i contacted mad about specs and explained how urgent my order was for new glasses. I was very impressed with their customer care and how quickly i received my new glasses. I am thrilled with my beautiful new specs which are perfect. Would 100% recommend madaboutspecs.

Great Glasses
The specs were great and adjusting the fit was easy once they arrived. Only minor issues are that it took a few weeks to get them (but a busy pre-Christmas time, so perhaps they’re quicker at other times of the year?) and the frequency of follow-up emails checking in with me after my purchase, including the one asking for this review on Christmas Day.
