Highly recommend this company! My watch is even more beautiful than I expected! The United States Postal Service lost my watch for a bit, and the customer service at MacKinnon was amazing! They helped me locate my watch and helped it get to me! Will purchase again!

We ordered a MacKinnon watch for our son for Christmas, we live in the US so the watch did not make it here on time for Christmas because it was at customs longer than expected. I got in touch with Belinda and she was nice enough to give me updates on the situation.
We ordered the 36mm watch w/the black face and had our sons name engraved. The watch looks great and the quality of the watch is excellent.

My watch is beautiful, love having some history of my family in the plaid of the band. The stamp of my family name on the inside of the band is very special. Now my husband wants one!

Got the watch for my husband in his family tartan for our anniversary. He's still deployed, so I don't have his reaction yet BUT I love it! Great quality and price, and shipping was quicker than expected. All around a great shopping experience.

Ordering was wonderful. When I could not find the particular tartan I wanted the folks at MacKinnon helped me find it. It ordered from the US so my watch did not arrive for about two months. I was smitten with it, but the watch band was too long for my wrist. After a few weeks I got a follow up email asking for my thoughts on the watch band (for an Apple Watch). I responded that the band was beautiful but that by having to wear it on the tightest setting there was a lot of extra band hanging out. They generously offered to make another one for me at no charge, and they did not want the original watch band back: the 3nd band arrived in about two weeks. It is absolutely stunning since it now fits me so well. I am so grateful for their attention to detail and for the quality of their work.

I purchased a Stewart Tartan gold watch for my Dad for his 75th birthday and I had left it very late in the week with not much time. MacKinnon Watches were so amazing and even phoned me up to confirm the engraving details and posted it that night for me. It came the next day and it looked beautiful. Considering we live in the South, this was great service. My Dad absolutely loved it and was so thrilled. The watch and strap are of very high quality and I also love the fact it's a family run business. With the surname Stewart, we do find we seem to be drawn to the tartan for clothes and accessories, but this is one of the best things I have ever bought with it on and it does look so great on my Dad!
