Das Bild ist von sehr schlechter Qualität, es werden lieblose und unkreative Entwürfe verschickt. Und dafür 170€! Auch nach mehrfachem Hin und Her kam kein akzeptabler Entwurf. Die gezeichneten Figuren haben zum größten Teil nichts mit den auf den dem Unternehmen zugeschickten Fotos zu tun!
Logistisch war alles soweit in Ordnung ( permanente Infos über den Fortschritt der Bestellung/Versand/Qualität). Leider deutliche Abzüge in der B-Note. Da der erste Entwurf einige Abweichungen zu den übermittelten Fotos beinhaltete hatte ich 3-4 Änderungswünsche...jeder hätte 15 EUR extra gekostet. Bis heute habe ich die digitale Version, welche auf der Rechnung als separater Posten aufgeführt ist, nicht erhalten. Als absoluter Knaller wurde mir vor kurzem die digitale Version meiner Bestellung für eine extra Gebühr angeboten....Supportanfragen wurden ignoriert...schade
